Excellent!! (For the US viewers, if it hasn't been covered, 120 km is about 75 Miles. 65 Nautical Miles, whatever they are. )🤔 😉❤

That’s an awesome point! I keep forgetting to “translate” distance measurements. I’ll have to do the same for fish sizes 😀 Thanks for watching 😊

Nautical miles are a minute of angle at the earths surface👍

@@douglaspianta4187one minute of latitude. The distance between longitude decreases as you go away from the equator.

@justwhy2484 hence a minute of angle. Doesn't matter where you are, a minute of angle is the same (unless you get into the more complex geodesy and the earth being an oblate spheroid, at least).

@douglaspianta4187 True - if you specify you are measuring angles from the centre of the Earth.

It is great to see someone doing what I have been dreaming of doing for a long time now. And thanks for not drowning out the sound of nature with some weird music. A comment here and there about the plants would be nice so we can learn about your corner of the woods. Good vid. Thank you.

@@geoaerorider4589 Great pick up - did you know that the moon appears upside down depending on which hemisphere you usually see it from? No joke. This shot is from Australia (Southern Hemisphere). Google it and you'll see the difference. I wish I could hand out points to you for being so observant 😊

I am frequently impressed by the sturdiness of the aluminum boats shown from Australia. The boats seem almost over built, like the size of the bollard at the bow.
