Garlic Loaf is a spicy bread loaf made using garlic paste which is incorporated while making the loaf. You will need instant dry yeast to make this bread. You can easily cut slices of this loaf and make restaurant style garlic breads topped with mozzarella and processed cheese and toppings. The process is little lengthy but the efforts are worth putting in to. Do try this today!

Tips:
1. If u don't have garlic paste, u can mix in some fresh grated garlic along with melted butter 🙂
2. Add some spices in the garlic paste mixture like, dried rosemary, thyme, Italian seasoning and garlic granules as well, this takes it to the next level
3. After cooking it, brush it with some butter and a little bit of parsley 😀

As its summer and I made this loaf today and I will make garlic bread tomorrow so I have to keep them in room temperature or in fridge
In fridge. It might get more sour as even in fridge yeast contuues to work

Is it the temperature drop due to winters that is causing such a situation. How can two of my yeast of different make be dead. Pls do reply to the query mam if u have any idea what could be done because i just cant keep on dumping so much of flour mix. But is there anything i could do to rectify this situation. May be i could use a proofed yeast and then add it to the current mix with some flour... and that could proof my entire mix, if i knead it properly... pls suggest
Yes proof your yeast first and check. If it doesn't proof discard it. If it proofs depending upon weather increase the resting time by 20-30 min
@@magicofindianrasoi tq for replying mam... i somehow managed to get the third kind of fresh yeast from market which proofed n i mixed a bit of flour n salt to it and finally added the kneaded dough to it..... and kneaded it well .... to my surprise it worked well n breads turned fine... tq for aharing ur recipes🥰

My bread did not proof... though its just two months old (as stated on the packet) i have tried this recipe earlier but i dont knw what went wrong... i am sure of the tenperature of water i used.... i tried again with different yeast but all in vain again.... what could be done if i encounter such a situation in future too

Try n find instant dry yeast. I have used active dry yeast but in my experience instant dry yeast makes ton of difference. I find it to be more efficient
