I'm sure he was checking me out to make sure I wasn't a danger. While making sure everyone was safe, he also used the time to put me in a better mood and ensure my safety too. I was on 9 tabs so no way I wasn't saucered, I couldn't pronounce his strange last name, went on a stutter-roll. He had to know...surely. I suppose he could have just come out of friendliness/tourism type thing, but I don't see any reason he would have come up to me specifically. Had to be looking like a kook. he also seemed to just have a prompting or motive up until about halfway through where he relaxed. It was like he realized I wasn't going to go crazy. But who knows.
