I can relate to her and the original episode, when my father passed, I kept getting calls at 2:002:30 in the morning, it kept me up almost all night , I called my at&t provider the next morning, ,she says.... ""their Was NO CALLS around that time.."on ur line""....😱😱😱😱😱.
Happened to me. Dad passed away 2020. My phone rang at 1am at the day of my birthday but I didn't picked it up. Asked my mom the next day if she called me that late she said no and why would she call me on a landline when she can call me using her mobile phone 🤷🏼♂ I made a right decision for not picking it up because if that call was an emergency my cellphone would blow up with texts and calls but none. Also, Nobody knows my landline number. I live in my apartment alone so that kind of stuff makes me uncomfortable.
It's an acting workshop, glad people could do what they love at any age even if retired. I watched it because the story sounded interesting, never saw the original. Guess that's what's next on my viewing list lol.
Better ending: She finally makes contact with Brian then we see them chat chatting away. ... then see she has passed away ... So really she is now with him in heaven as she obviously has a fondness for Brian after all these years.
Some of us come for the movie and not the description. Smh, your cynacism doesn't add anything except disappointment. With Google at our fingertips the world is full of genius. We need moar art and expression. Less criticism.

Old age is a difficult experience. I’m “only” 64 so my journey is just beginning. My parents lived into their 90s. I’m not looking forward to the next 30 years.
Has good funny moments but a few crucial spots are bad and make no sense. 11:36 is very funny and more dramatic but then on the phone in bed she's saying where are you? That section is bad. Overall this is very good :)
I would like to know more about the production of these plays. I am guessing it is a project produced by and staffed by senior talent. I find them really interesting! I totally support productions for a great cause. Thanks for the upload, Donna Leraci!

Especially when so-called "loved ones" consider that it's too much bother from their "important" lives than being with them in their final days, however long that may be. Life is too short and precious! The lady actor did such a great job portraying what truly is too often occurring these days! Peace

Wow. Quite the ending. Ultimately, her attitude towards him will forever affect her and stay in, The Twilight Zone. This was a great Project though! Good job. I was intrigued at where the story could possible be going. Did truly feel like a Twilight Zone concept. :)
This would have been even better with an intro and outro either from TOS or one of the remakes. Really well done. The acting was a bit stiff at first but at the end the old lady was totally in her role!
"Oh -- a light bill! How stimulating!" (throws it onto the table, LOL) Well we've all been THERE, haven't we? Some VERY effective music used throughout - well done. I love the cemetery scene, esp. Margaret's hand movements, which seemed genuine. That was a very nice touch. An all-around good production. Such a sad story. I always liked the Night Call episode from the Zone, and I appreciate your tribute to it.
Reality is when your mother doesn't know who you are. But she could point at "nothing" from her bed and told me names of her cats and doggies from years ago! And didn't recognize me, AT ALL! It was more than "heart-breaking" to know she wouldn't be with me any much longer. Peace
most people only care about wealth . poor old and or poor disabled people have it horrible . i am 50 , poor and disabled and being poor and disabled is horrible . most people dont care . they pretend to care if they can get the money from the wealthy old and or disabled . most humans do not deserve to breath .
There used to be a belief that elderly, ill, or weak people would catch pneumonia from being exposed to the outside air, not to mention cooler temperatures. Ridiculous; I never believed it.
I would do anything to hear my fiancee again. Stupid epliespy took him away in 2015. I think I'll never be with another guy again. He was my first and only😭

I would like to think your fiancee would ultimately want to see you loved again, because he would want to see you happy again. We never really get over the losses, but time helps us to live thru them.
