Nice walk and talk tour of Union, SC, Timothy! That town is ripe for revitalization and it would not take long to do it. The historic infrastructure is already there and ready to go.

I live in union they about to do revialtilzation in downtown they are about to build a amiptheater in from of foster park they can seat 1.5k people with 7 events

That theater building is now the corporation office for the new my co works company from California they move here in 2023 they are a biotech company use natural to make clothes
