I would like to suggest the Diet Sniper (TM). All you need to do is use an SMG like you would an actual sniper rifle. This means you have to: -Fire your SMG semi-automatically, releasing only one bullet at a time. -Reload every time you fire a singular bullet. -Try to snipe people from far away, like any sniper would.
Here's an unorthodox idea: The Unexpected Defense Basically, it goes as follows: Play as a defense class (Engineer, Demo, Tomislav Heavy) Set up in a spot that no one would expect (chokepoints, flanks, etc.) Let the chaos unfold as people try to find a way past you that isn't just running into the frontlines. Think about it. Some Scout getting pissed because he never expected a random ass stickytrap around the corner of 2Fort spiral A Pyro being absolutely befuddled as they're riddled with bullets from a heavy that they swear just spawned in. A random-ass sentry in the house on Badwater last killing some poor Sniper that was just trying to find a good sniping spot. Comedy. Fucking. Gold.
Video idea: unhelpful soldier, where you waste Uber and shoot rockets from the rocket jumper at the other team. You can also wear gunboats and use a bad melee

A new idea to add to the list. Use your teleporters to block off ammo and health packs from your teammates. Believe me, you'll get some spicy comments thrown your way for chosing your building operations there.
I have 11k kills as fists of steel heavy. You would not believe the ire that sometimes comes across your way when you're trying to kill people with your melee. My tip for anyone wanting to do this is to first play something very useful for the team. Then transition to melee heavy when you're winning. Because melee heavy is a winmore pick strategy with a lot of potential if you weren't berated by your team and people actually worked with you rather than against you.
Idea: Spygineer. Any load out is fine BUT Wrangler is required Use your sentry to fly yourself near enemy spawn and put your tele and dispenser near enemy spawn And maybe just destroy ur sentry and put another there .
you can be fake friendly hoovy for this you must pick spy disguise yourself as a friendly heavy and choose melee slot pressing 3+b then wait for the enemy to taunt or just pick a moment then backstab them this way you are as annoying as you are useful and also you can cause paranoia in enemy team(tested on an enemy medic, works)
Play demoflight, sometimes known as "temu knight" Base jumper+sticky jumper+any melee of your choice (though I'd recommend the scotsman's skullcutter for damage or eyelander for better survivability+help in closing out kills with speed once the ball gets rolling
Idea: be a pyro but instead of fighting with fire fight against fire (like only use flamethrower to extinguish teammates and only use shotguns, melee, or the thermal thruster) nothing that can set people on fire

Me and my friend would do this dumb strategy where one of us would go medic with the quick fix and the other heavy with the buffalo steak and KGB. I would eat the steak while my friend is pocketing me and try to be the next Mike Tyson.(We usually died)

The gimmick was that my username was Bob, I typed in chat “Bob” frequently, and also talked in vc, with only one word: “Bob”, but I would always talked in a lower pitch, but not like as low as I could go, just kind of low.My battle cry was “BOB” but with a lot more o’s but I cant say that because people are immature. Some of the occasions I had with this were the fact that in a community server, I managed to make a second person join the gimmick under the names “bob’s cousin rob” “Bob 2: The sequel” “Bob 3: The Reckoning” and “Bob 4: the”- somethingorother i don’t remember, and there was also a medic who shoved his beam up me arse named “Bob’s personal pocket medic”. People loved my shitty gimmick that I made. I also ran into a streamer who started a bit where he interviewed me, of which I most commonly just answered with a different tone of a low pitched “Bob”. There were two particular questions that expanded the Bob encyclopedia, the questions being “Who is Bob?” and “When is Bob?” of which my responses were “Bob is Bob” and “Bob is Bob when Bob is Bob”. Fast forward a bit and now there is a channel in his discord server called #bob-cult and my name was changed to Bob, and I speak almost exclusively in ‘Bobese’. And then my hatred towards children with microphones happened later down the road with the gimmick still in play and I said Bob a bit too much, parents got annoyed, and now I don’t do it anymore, but that’s essentially the story of the Bob gimmick.
