It was a short training match of only 30 min per half and every player would be rotated during the match. I played the first 30 min as right winger, and we completely demolished them. I scored 4 goals and after 30 min we were up 10-0. The match ended 14-0, because in the 2. half we just passed the ball around and didnt even play to score. Now imagine if our senior team, or even worse, if AaB's mens team played against their own womens team. *(Bear in mind that AaB tied 2-2 with Manchester United at Old Trafford, in the UCL group stage in 2008!!! Man United would go on and win the UCL that season)* In a game of 90 min, if the men did their absolute best against their own womens team, no joke they could probably win by 50 goals. There is no comparing women to men in sports.
Well it rather depends on the sport - there is for example a female darts player who successfully challenges the men. In football, the physical component will always be too crucial in too many areas. But I have certainly watched women's football and noted skill levels superior to many mens teams but it could never be made to count. This isnt too surprising because balance is suprememly important in football - the best players in the men's game aren't the strongest. Female gymnasts are able to perform moves, their coutnerparts cannot, so we should expect to see the women's game develop its own art. The physical advantage of strength and speed men possess will always stifle women's game but it is a trivial point - men and women are supposed to be biologically different. And as has been pointed out, games in the world are designed by men - football is designed to be a physically comepetive game - why should we expect women to perform as well against men?

I remember playing soccer we were under16s and played our seniors womens team who was one of the best in our state and won the league title by a large margin, we won 9-0 and our coach told us at halftime to slow down so it’s too embarrassing for them, shit was funny asf and SO easy

Physicality and physiology is one thing. The intensity of the women's game also varies hugely from the men's. They might not be able to run faster or have a stronger physique but that doesn't mean they aren't good. Most women don't receive recognition because people would only pay to watch the men's team.
Serena and Venus HAVE put it to the test! A loooong time ago they got beat back to back by some guy who was literally toying with them or half drunk. They never played men at that level/publicly again.

We (men's team) had a game against our women team. The women pushed each other so hard that they got mad we play only half power. So they told us to play at full power. No problem for us. Next attack our striker kicked that ball so damn hard that the women's goalkeeper broke her hand and was out of the game. The women were pissed after that and quit the game in a protesting manner against male dominance.
