I pray Shia increases his faith In the one way Christ
As an addict in recovery Shia is an inspiration
Not necessarily but God who is working through Shia.
@@THE-WAY_THE-TRUTH_THE-LIFE. 100% necessarily. Yeah he has his fuck ups and takes his steps back but he admits his mistakes and he’s still here working to be better. That’s more than most people can say.
@@Deezfuggin
But it's not Shia that made himself change.
It's God working through Shia that made him change.
@@THE-WAY_THE-TRUTH_THE-LIFE. ahh I see what you’re saying
@@Deezfuggin
Yeah, sorry if it was confusing.
I agree that Shia has done great progress, but we shouldn't be giving the full credit of The Lord to us mere human mortals.
“Use your suffering!” You’re learning! Keep going! 🙏🏻
Through suffering, you find salvation
Jesus came to my dreams and changed my whole life.. I cant live without him❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🛐💌✝️
Shia just explained something I have yet to see most Christian’s understand. fire revelation🔥
What he's saying is at the heart of the Catholic faith. Meaningful suffering is everything
It’s interesting to see people “figure it out”. As an individual battling cancer I can truly say… this is on point.
100%
Best of luck with your battle brother ❤🙏🏼
Thank you for these words. In a certain way, I can relate! God bless you!!!🙏🏻💟✝️
Abba, Jesus and Holy Spirit bliss you!
Check this video out! 🥰💖🔥 May you experience your full healing in and by Jesus Christ. Rejoice! ua-cam.com/video/OwniWEd49wE/v-deo.html
I pray for your healing and comfort.
“How do you use your suffering to tap into your joy?”
I've been watching Shia since he was on disney and he has came such a long way. Thankful to be a witness to his testimony in Christ.
“But even if I am being poured out as a drink offering upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice and share my joy with you all.” Philippians 2:17 Nasb
Happiness is in me offering all of my suffering up for other people as an instructive or the betterment of man.
How are we using our suffering to tap into our joy
Thank you for including the full interview.
He’s new to the faith but he’s just giving his best interpretation of how he is perceiving Christ. We’ve all been there. Praying for him.
My father's wisdom flows through my brother Shia. Peace and love to you brother 💗
Consider it pure JOY, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds. Because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. James 1:2-4
Exactly right. Do you think Christ was looking depressed when he said "Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink!"? No he shouted it loudly and boldly with joy in his heart knowing what he would accomplish. That very same joy that allowed him to endure the suffering he was going through.
We need this ! We so need someone like Shia like all of us , simple human beings , sinners, coming out of the other way😢 I thank God for everything I went thru that led me to this moment where I know who is my GOD.
I had the pleasure of meeting and friendly conversating with Shia some years back. Im forever honored for the respect and insight this guy inspired. A true genuine genius. God Bless you Shia👑
What did you guys talk about?
That’s a gift of the Holy Spirit that he has. We have the same gift. Explaining things that many others don’t see.
jesus is king
Lord of Lords, King of Kings 👑
Amen praise Jesus Christ
Just watched Padre Pio....His words here are soo beautiful!
Amen, brother!💔
Wow, no wonder I haven’t heard much about Shia. Now I see why. I too am coming to faith through Jesus Christ. It’s very freeing but also a rude awakening of my life before I knew Jesus.
I pray the Holy Spirit is brought to my body , i pray for guidance and for the spirit to baptize me in Jesus forgiveness and grace. As I pray for the entire world..
Beautiful man! I will be praying for you, regardless of what happens in this life, never lose that faith my friend!
He's right. I find it hard to open up and share my suffering though.
The cross of Christ is ultimate redemption. It's the gospel that saves! Amen! 1 Corinthian's C15 V1-4, 1 Corinthian's C1V18,24. Roman's C3 V23-24. Keep believing friends. Love this testimony!
Praying for him!!
After all these years of meme of Just do it, Shia is Doin it! All the way, its awesome
Wow!!I I always envy Catholics who take their suffering and count it all joy, truly, most protestants like me,say, when will I get out of my suffering so I can have joy.❤❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Glory brother!! Wow ahahahahah omg:) 😂😂😂❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥🥳😂 And experiencing His joy in the midst of our suffering will eventually transform everything else into joy joy joy unspeakable and full of gloraaaayyyy ❤😂🥳🔥
Us Catholics would happily welcome you if you ever wanna make the switch. Won’t have to settle for envying us anymore 😉
I was protestant for many years ( I learned a lot there) ... But I know what are you talking about. 😅.. And I don't call myself a "catholic". It's rsrsrs weird haha but I say to myself I'm a Christian and Marianne :D . Holy Spirit showed me Virgin Mary is real. Since then, she is with me. I love her. ❤ She is a lovely Mother. Rosary is really really powerful! All I learned from experience. And I like to visit The Holy alone with him. ❤❤❤ and more. Blessings brother in Christ !
That was Deep.
God bless him- He’s a baby Christian. His growth will be in front of the world like Kanye. If I had a camera recording me in my first year of spiritual rebirth I would probably hope 50% of all the videos would be buried. It was a beautiful and exciting season and it was filled with peace, love, joy, and excitement but my zeal intensely outweighed my knowledge and wisdom. The Lord still blesses me daily with all of those things but my mind and heart are on the same page so my tongue is graceful and controlled.
Pray for him as he grows in the Lord in front of the whole world
Shia went throught tough stuff and God never let him down. Good for Shia that was humble enough to see that. Praise the Lord Jesuschrist
Powerful words. ❤
Very happy for his conversion... welcome home Shia. Btw anyone needs to tell him it already exists a representation of Christ in fhe Cross smilling , its called the "Smiling Christ" in Javier Castle, Spain, birthplace of Saint Francis Xavier
Last time i remembered he was this uptight mad person. This amazes me
The crucified Christ in our high school chapel is smiling. It invites me to a deep meditation into how the cross of Christ saves me every day.
Yes! Lost Sheep Found! Thank you! and I love you Jesus.
This was beautiful
Meaningful suffering. A pleasure to share in Christ suffering, we continue to suffer for His body and through His body (The church)
A rap line I always liked was from Sadistik song titled “Michael” the line is “ The Hell that I invested in is part of something bigger “
“If I knew early on that happiness actually is in me offering all of my suffering up for other people, as some, as an instructive thing, or as something that could benefit man, then I maybe would have lived my life differently.”
Guys…think of all the artists in the past. Whether they be actors, novelists, painters, comedians, sculptors, architects, filmmakers, singers, dancers, poets, and so on. There’s a huge truth to what Shia is saying here. Most if not all of them suffered greatly in order to be the artists they are today, and some of them, depressingly enough, aren’t even remembered. But Shia is right, you can use your suffering as a way to create works of art that can go so far as to SAVE LIVES. That suffering can become your source of ultimate happiness. This is the pain I went through, here’s a story, a song, a joke, a play, a dance, a painting, etc. that shows it so that, hopefully, you won’t have to go through it, or if you do, it will be easier for you to cope with. So do that guys. Use your suffering as a source of happiness for yourself and for others.
God bless everyone! 😊
Happy seeking my friend. In the end it all collapses into an unknowable, unexplainable mystery. Which is fucking beautiful 🤠
Very interesting !!!
Wow that just wow that was inspiring I understood the part about going through stuff in order to help others but I also had the mindset of I get the girl I'll be happy or at least hope and material is only a few seconds of happiness but helping people and making them happy is the best and id rather die in pain a kind and peaceful guy rather than being selfish though I also know in order to help other I must take care of me first
"Stupid" may have been a bit harsh of a word to use lol, but before folks get turned off, I think Shia is hitting the nail on the head overall. My only comments would be that seeing Christ on the cross truly exhibits His fully human nature and the anguish he endured. Though, make no mistake that we also see His fully divine nature being Truth itself and what had to happen by the Will of God for the salvation of mankind. We come to learn the truth that the giving of oneself for the good of another is the ultimate joy, and Christ's complete giving of Himself in love and in suffering--in laying down His life for His friends--is true joy. Joy doesn't have to look good or feel good. We're human, after all, just as Christ is. Please God, we'll see that joy fully realized in Heaven. It's with faith in the Truth that is Christ Jesus that we are able to turn our suffering into joy.
I feel this is 💯
You have to remember that Jesus was fully human as well, the amount of torture he went through exhausted him, not only that but with each breath he took before he died was just as excruciating as the torture itself because of how its made, the cross is a torture device, so the look on his face in most imagery is the look of exhaustion, that's why I never agreed on people wearing or displaying just the cross, yes is in remembrance of him but many other people as well died on the cross because that's what they used to torture people before their death, crucifixion was the most agonizing torture device in that time period
How do you use your suffering to tap into your joy-great question. Hebrews 12:2 says “for the joy set before Him, Jesus endured the cross” The joy that was still ahead-future-before him was us! What Jesus accomplished on the cross was victory over sin and death for sinners who would be set free the moment they believe. If you lay your life down by stepping in front of a bus or a bullet for your friend, you won’t be carrying it out with a smile-it’s painful, it costs something to save a life. I don’t think there’s any getting around the pain part at Calvary, but that’s why it’s so precious. His love went to those lengths for us! The other beautiful thing is that Jesus suffers with us-we don’t go it alone. He’s called the God of all comfort in 2 Corinthians and comforts us in all affliction so that we can offer the same to others in theirs. God redeems our suffering. Nothing is wasted.
For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, so that whoever believes in Him should not perish but will have everlasting life.
~ John 3:16
Amazing insight.
Valley’s are where faith is truly put to the test. To be saved, you must first realize you are lost.
Holy shit this is amazing.
Glory
Amen
Shia is onto something. In Orthodox Christianity, we refer to Christ's cross as His throne. Psalm 45:6
Does anyone know where to find the full-length original video?
No answer to this question?!
I pray he stays in this mind set
I think he will. Shia already had experienced the world, money, and fame it had to offer, but it defiantly did not make him happy or help him find peace. His life went downhill with all of that. Only through Christ he could pick himself up, ask for forgiveness, and move on to a new life.
Im a non believer and will always be one.
Hard to tell from your comment if it's pride in your unbelief, that you think you know all there is to know about the fundamentals of reality, OR if it's you expressing your despair of not finding it in yourself to believe.
But you took the time to comment this, so I assume you took the time to watch the video as well. You are hearing the message, and perhaps a seed of faith has been placed on your heart. You may resist it now, but faith is a free gift and always available. I'm sure there are people who will be glad to hear any questions. God bless!
That’s adolescence.
God bless shia
Where’s the full interview?
Eh. Agree to disagree. I think depicting Christ in a state of joy on the cross would misrepresent what he was on there for to begin with. He is shown suffering because that's what was happening. He literally endured the torture and suffering, to cleans us as mankind for our sins. The entire point was the fact that he was in pain and suffering for it all. Hence why he asked, "Father, why have you forsaken me?", while he was on the cross. May God bless everyone watching this video.
Lord forgive this man for his sins and save him. 🙏 We love Shia. Amen
This was a GREAT clip! What's the story behind this video? Chance interaction or?

Christ suffered. He was not in ecstasy on the Cross. He was sad on the cross. Broken-hearted.
I think that what Shia overlooks is Jesus' agony in the garden and the physical pain of crucifixion. However, he's on the right road of his personal redemption and has a good grasp of Catholicism. I hope he stays on the path.
Perspective
It makes u think when he said “its finished,” was that a happy moment? A final breath in ecstasy? Who really knows?
I believe he means it emotionally not physically. He's saying that DESPITE the physical pain that Jesus was going through, He was glad and "happy" to be doing this because of His love of humanity
“…looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God”. -Hebrews 12:2
Shia’s take is biblical, and I like how he broke it down.
What he touched about redesigning crucifix is a bit much but I understand where he is coming from. It’s the same reason why I adore the Celtic crucifix because of the circle divided into fourths behind the head of Christ potentially represents several different ideas such as what he was describing.
Shia is so close to fully being devoted to Jesus Christ. I know Jesus because he always knew who I was before I ever entered this world. I don’t believe…I KNOW JESUS CHRIST!! 🙏🏻🤟🏻🫶🏻
Jesus Christ even prayed for the men torturing him on the cross saying God forgive them they know not what they are doing. He suffered knowing it was to give people hope and know God was willing to watch his only begotten son suffer and die because he loves us that much.
I don’t think Jesus was necessarily joyful on the cross, but I kind of get where Shias mind is going, and it’s a good healthy thought. Jesus took all the sin of the world on that cross.

Where to find this interview
I love all that he said in this. However, Christ shouldn’t be on any crucifix because he is risen and no longer on the cross!!
Is there a full video somewhere?
Wow.💫
where’s the full interview
Anyone know the full conversation?
Idk how people can’t see it we all fall to worldly desire if anyone tell u about God or Jesus is because they want you to be better because u are able just need to walk with him n not let the world deceive u might fall but dotn let them take u from him, n don’t ignore his calling!
Suffering of Christ became our blessing. Christ was indeed suffering on that cross and it wasn’t a joyful moment to take the sins of world upon himself but he had to do the dirty job so that we may have Eternal Life. No need of Crucified IMAGE either because it’s leads to Idolatry & unnecessary arguments of whether he was black of White etc etc….
Full interview?
He was not joyful, he was scared, in pain, and begging for forgiveness for others. He was in mercy because he was compassionate to a fault but not less human.
I feel like this is Shia’s ego. Hes still looking for pride in something.
Even in a traumatic event Shia still wants to feel “proud”of himself, Christ was very aware it was a SACRIFICE. Of himself, and a sacrifice of the goodness of the people crucifying him. He knew that they were not going to be able to come back from this. They were also doomed. And that hurt Him too.
The idea of “joy” in this video, is matrydome and Christ was martyred but not a martyr. He did not see his sacrifice as anything to be proud of but everything to be sad about because it was needed. I don’t talk about “sins” a lot, and it’s been very easy to pinpoint when someone is “sinning” in the other “sins” but this is the first video where i was like “wow that’s the sin of pride”.
Its not about the sacrifice for Shia in this video,
It’s about being worshipped after.
Shia talks about Jesus being “Fully in his purpose” while he’s being crucified and stabbed.
Everything he said up until his crucification WAS his purpose. Everything after was our lose.
This is what worries me about men, they feel purpose is being in full sacrifice or full pleasure. And they loose themselves to it. Maybe i don’t understand the “sin of pride” as much because I don’t see many women in it.
But the idea of “having a purpose” and “being in purpose” is killing men, they are killing themselves over it, but their true purpose is just to be themselves, do the next right thing, try to be happy with yourselves and love the people around you. Just like Christ did.. before he was crucified.
You’re just meant to be love, and to love. The sacrifice is done, the martyrdom is done, that’s exactly the thing Jesus saved you from, not your sins, you’ll have them, and you have to learn from them, but you no longer have to a martyr for them.
Where is this interview from?
❤
Amen
Christ was tortured, beaten, brutalized, humiliated, spat on, mocked, whipped, betrayed, imprisoned by mankind. He took that amongst himself for all mankind. He didn’t feel joy at the most painful moment of his life. He asked God, why he had forsaken him? That doesn’t sound like someone who has joy.
i get what he means though bc when Jesus says “it is finished” it could suggest Jesus feels fulfilled as He triumphed sin and death and saved humankind on that cross and reconciling us through His mercy. He died so we can have eternal life with Him

Christ asked the Father, "why have you forsaken me?" Just a fulfillment of prophecy or intense agony?
Jesus was quoting Psalm 22 which continues to say that God didn't turn His face from Him. Jesus was entering into our broken understanding that our Abba Father would forsake us, and then revealing through His love that He was in Christ reconciling (hugging) the world unto Himself, never forsaking Him, nor any. Check out C. Baxter Kruger's book called "Jesus and the Undoing of Adam" for more insight on this! Bless you. ❤

But when you're dying in that moment you're in physical pain you are not going to be happy 💔 He was in pain and He was flesh and bone he was hurting and to smile as if he was happy would be a lie and he isn't a lier so therefor sadness is suitable and painful Ness on his face is what showed. Afterwards was rejoiceful.

@@MatthewKnickle thank you
@@MatthewKnickle YOU ARE THE BEST
But didn’t Jesus plead to his Father in Creation, « Father, why have you forsaken me? » Was there not a fleshly aspect to Jesus Christ of Nazareth? Not to say his suffering lacked meaning to him, but was it not suffering yet?
Orthodox crosses are like that (he is victorious)
Not quite milk, but perhaps cheese :D.
I think even on the cross he frowns not because he came to fufill prophecies but because he sees people proudly sinning by hurting him.
Mind you his Mother Mary is in the crowd so I doubt he was smiling.
You see him as smiling because you figured out what it means to truly serve God and be a Christian.
