Dave, to your question about intense chest pain: yes. After years of being told I had acid reflux, I came to the conclusion it is precordial catch syndrome. It normally is due being in a specific posture. It is also not typical in adults, more so children.
The course tags of this troll level read "Auto-Mario" and "Multiplayer Versus". I always witness some funny people changing the course tags and giving the level a false description. This is why I locked the course tags of my levels.

Well, it arrive me sometimes to feel these kinds of painfull pains. Like, they are just too intense and always when i get them i'm just stuck on my bed gesticulating all around like a worm in a hypochloric acid (maybe this comparaison is too much but u got the idea). About your chest pain, it could be caused from vertebral subluxations(pinched nerves/spine is out of wack) i get pain on my left side a lot and one time i noticed it was synced up with my neck pain(which is from VS use to go chiropractor for it) when i was trying to sleep in car. Since your nerves are all connected sometimes the source of problem and where you feel pain are not the same place. just my experience,
THE PAIN IS ACID REFLEX. Go to the doctor and get something prescribed soon. If not it can get bad to where it can tear up your stomach lining, or even hurt your privates.

I feel that the end part was a bit out of pace. I mean, the rest of the level is like "go, jump, come back..." and then is just get the pipe, get the pipe and we are done.
