He hit a man with colon cancer with his knee. Shortly after, the man died from the cancer he was supposedly "healed from". Often wonder if what Todd Bentley did to the man had anything to do with his death.
The very first video i saw of todd bentley in 2008 he said that the same angel that started william branhams ministry started his. I immediately knew he was off. I managed to get a couple of docs off of his web site for the few days they were there. He believes in serpent seed theology (god becomes satan in the genesis story) and he had some theologian justifying why it was ok to pray to angels (idolatory) using The Angel of The Lord in the OT. (who has to be Jesus). I knew about the history of dominion theology but thought it had gone away until i went to a national day of prayer in the UK. Clifford Hill went public about NAR and i suddenly realised it was dominion theologu (latter rain, manifest sons of God) rebranded. Suddenly realised what Bethel was into.. and things fitted together. Clifford hill refused to do the forward to the kansas city prophets book because he discerned an evil spirit operating among them especially Bob Jones who today has a chapter in their wacky book, The Physics of Heaven. Paul Cain head of the KCPs was a child prodigee of william branham and his dominion theology.
The only way I will believe that Todd Bentley has truly repented and allowed the Holy Spirit to restore him to a true faith in Christ is when he disassociates from the NAR and anything to do with the healing ministry. When he shows genuine repentance and concentrates his teaching on the sound doctrine based on the finished work of Christ and shows a genuine intention of working towards people getting genuine converted to Christ. There has to be a total rejection of all the lunatic fringe behaviour that he has done in the past. When I see him preach the Gospel in humility showing a genuine Christlike manner with the fruit of the Spirit, then I will accept that he now has a ministry led and empowered by the Holy Spirit.

There are some people out there who believe that the same gifts continue, but who don’t support the new apostolic, reformation and people like Todd, Bentley. And while many prophecies were written down in Scripture, not every single one of them was. Whatever Phillips four version daughters prophesied, it never got written down as scripture. Does that mean we lost revelation because it was never written down? Or is it somehow preserved Word for Word in one of the epistles? Most a type would make sense because the epistles have a certain context or flow to the letter. So while the rating of scripture is related to prophecy, They are not exactly identical. That being said, that doesn’t mean we can’t collapse profits, quite the contrary. Todd, Bentley may well be demon possessed, as Justin peters and others believe. This is not coming from someone who is completely perfect by any means. I just think there is some considerations that some people have not made, and if there’s a middle of the road approach when it comes to spiritual gifts that a lot of people and discernment, don’t seem to consider or take seriously. Because he sees scripture as teaching the gifts continue today, but he doesn’t see it. Another term is Open but cautious or something like that, where you’re open to seeing certain spiritual gifts, move in a congregation, but carefully examine them. I guess another term might be light, charismatic, or perhaps, non-normative continuationist. You may hope, or expect to see spiritual gifts, but you don’t expect to see them every single church service. You allow God to do whatever God wants and you don’t try to force anything. God bless.
So I totally agree with most of what you guys are saying. But where in the Bible does it say that the Holy Spirit has ceased in giving gifts of the Spirit, as Paul explicitly described? Paul instructs the church in the proper order of prophecy within the congregation (not among apostles, not as new scripture, but among the people of God). Is the instruction for prophecy described in scripture for something that is not prophecy from within the congregation?
..the gifts have not ceased, it is clear in scripture. Im from the UK and im not a cessationist. This lot are into something else. They are all into dominion theology (now and now of the kingdom BEFORE Jesus returns (have a look at books by bill johnson). It came in thro william branham in the 1950's thro the kandas city prophets to todays incarnatin The New Apostolic Reformation. Formerly known as latter rain or manifest sons of God. They have all gone beyond scripture to get more power from grave soaking to Bethels dasterly book The Physics of Heaven.
In 😊the matter of gifts, ft irst of all there are different kinds of gifts. One is the gifts that develop from Grace, the other is the Miraculous gift. It is obvious that Paul spoke of both but regarding healing, certainly he was not a fan of healing, or, that he had to heal everyone who is sick. This we see in that he left one coworker on the island sick. A few more instances. Then regarding toungue speaking, whenever he mentioned it, the speaking of tongues is stated as the last item.

Sitting around a room in front of a camera, that unbelievers will see and laughing and joking about the situation is probably not a good idea. The Bible says we’re supposed to do these things in humility. Just saying. Love y’all
Actually he kneed a guy in the stomach. The man had stage four colon cancer. He claimed to hit or kick others. There’s a video of the infamous knee to the stomach. It was shown virtually on a loop years ago. I’m not aware of video of the other claims but again Bentley himself made these claims.
1st time viewer... So... you started off the program with one Biblical reference... one... then came 35 non-stop minutes of personal opinion, personal perspective, personal commentary, and never-ending conjecture. I'm certainly not implying that the 3 of you are totally off-base or somehow wrong... but why not reduce your ongoing editorials and, instead, point the viewer back into God's Word and what it has to say about all this ? Hey, just a thought...
Context: it is a show of Christians for Christians. I.E. the presupposition is that there is a Christian worldview, that the Bible is the sufficient and inerrant Word of God, wholly profitable for teaching, instructing, and correcting. Watch other episodes, there is a foundation that everyone knows the word. You don’t have to cite the Word to convey the ideas and principles inside it. Usually they do, and they could have done a better job at referencing. The “conjecture” you cast on them was them giving background/context and a discussion amount themselves. Are they not allowed to have opinions? Maybe you should try to edify and build them up, or give input with grace and charity instead of being satirical.
@Ranger Rick Thanks for the reply, RR. Two things... 1) Yes, of course everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you simply re-read my post i suggested that they "reduce" the editorials, not "eliminate" them... and, instead, point the viewership back into God's Word and His perspective. 2) You've stated that this is a show, "of Christians for Christians" ... and whereby "everyone knows the Word." That is a lot to assume, my friend, and is another example of "conjecture." I would suggest that the "Provoked" online viewership may consist more of a blend... new believers to the mature... many with a solid, Biblical foundation... others who have come out from false prohets / false doctrine / false teaching... and still others who are still heavily influenced by the "false". The only thing that all of us can truly rely upon is the truth, clarity, and power of God's Word given to us. Let's use Pastor Jeff and his gang as an example... When they address a similar topic (false prophets, teachers, doctrines, etc.), their presentations are always highly-centered on multiple passages of Scripture... while their own personal perspectives & opinions clearly take a back seat in the discussion. Seeing how "Provoked" falls under the larger "Apologia Studios" umbrella, I was simply caught off-guard by the lack of consistency in presenting the topic/content/material without clearly establishing a Biblical foundation, which is the basis of truth, understanding, conviction, and discernment for all of us. All for now... Take care.
@@josephtripoli5069 1.) I think I understand what you mean by editorials, but it’s a UA-cam channel, not a tv or news network. They are just normal people just talking. You compared them to apologia radio, who have been doing this for a decade, pastor Zack, and Desi have only done a handful of episodes. Why don’t you watch other episodes and see if they use enough biblical references to your liking? 2.) you never gave a counter argument to the point I made about that they don’t have to exactly reference the Bible every two seconds to convey a Christian worldview, or Biblical principles. I would argue that if you know they Bible and treat it correctly you can discuss it’s concepts and principles in a manner that is relatable to everyday and common people. Also this specific discussion has to do with this particular man, and his background and character. That involves setting context. Again, yes they could have sat there and quoted a Bible verse every other sentence, but they didn’t. 3.) I agree, we can only rely on the Word of God, but back to point two. isn’t your thoughts on the audience conjecture too? Or do you have more evidence than me ? Your third paragraph in the second contention states it…. It’s a “discussion” I can appreciate your input and wanting to see more Biblical references and like I originally stated, I agree they could have done better, but where is the grace? You stated that you watched one episode?
You three are putting words in his mouth and I don't agree with what you are saying concerning his healing ministry. If you want to critique him for his moral character, then there is plenty of material there, but to deny healings and miracles is pure unbelief. You three guys need to get born again because you are full of the Pharisees spirit, the Lord help you discern your own blindness.
He has not so far provided proof (i.e. medical verification) of any healings or miracles. He did at one time provide an investigative reporter a "Media Package" re his asking about alleged incidents of healings of three people, but all the relevant details were blacked out so it was not considered adequate proof. I appreciate that some might suggest there could be a 'Confidentiality' issue, but I'm sure a doctor would be willing to provide a written report of this, if the person requested it in writing. Bentley has, it seems, never provided anyone with any such document.

@@LAndrewNext Amen, as judging someone by their past is unrighteous judgement if they are born again. But if they are not born again, fair game because they are not a new creation.
I remember this lunatic from 10+ years ago. Surprised to see that he is still around
Such great stuff!
There's a difference between faddish "revivalism" and true revival.
There's also a difference between true "clear sight" and words of knowledge that the Lord has, at times, at His discretion, gifted folk with and the "familiar" demonic spirit at work though Mr Wight.
Bentley never kicked anyone in the face! He’s a liar and deceiver. Notice how he doesn’t kick, punch, etc. on camera but only tells STORIES
I could have sworn I saw video of him punch a man in the chest in Brownsville
He hit a man with colon cancer with his knee. Shortly after, the man died from the cancer he was supposedly "healed from". Often wonder if what Todd Bentley did to the man had anything to do with his death.
Can't believe this happened in Lakeland and I had no idea about it
Todd's job : upload as many demons into the people quickly.
He is part of the frogs/slimy /sexual demons, plaques in exodus....
Even though this was done three months ago this is old news. Is there a current update on Todd Bentley?
The Messed Up Church has a bunch on Todd B. 😊
Where is any of this recorded to see.
You could easily talk to Todd if you reached out.
Is Buddha Boy back at it again? The last time I saw him he was sitting on a high neon sign at Galveston Texas. Advertising THE HAPPY BUDDHA CHINESE RESTAURANT.
I've already marked and avoided that charlatan.
God bless.

Q. What is a Todd Bentley?
A. It's something you buy with a Creflo Dollar.
We need to find the man he says he punched and healed.
Good video but you guy’s are late on this… he hit the scene along time ago and he’s been called out a lot.. I think most people now know he’s not legit… I would say just please don’t paint with too a wide of brush when it comes to Pentecostals.
What about the “demon slayers?”
Not sure y’all should be sitting there laughing about someone who is falling from God’s grace and is doing false teaching if that’s the case. Sitting around a room in front of a camera, that unbelievers will see and laughing and joking about the situation is probably not a good idea. The Bible says we’re supposed to do these things in humility. Just saying. Love y’all
Has anybody actually witnessed this man kicking or punching anyone, or are these all unsubstantiated stories?
Actually he kneed a guy in the stomach. The man had stage four colon cancer. He claimed to hit or kick others. There’s a video of the infamous knee to the stomach. It was shown virtually on a loop years ago. I’m not aware of video of the other claims but again Bentley himself made these claims.
You are right he is a demon, in the flesh, My Jesus would never do this.
Todd White next! Lol
Todd White needs a crew cut. Medusa Haired Weirdo. Who Denies the Deity of Jesus.
If you have the faith of a mustard seed....
Justin Peters is a boss for that
1st time viewer...
So... you started off the program with one Biblical reference... one... then came 35 non-stop minutes of personal opinion, personal perspective, personal commentary, and never-ending conjecture.
@Ranger Rick
Thanks for the reply, RR.
Two things...
1) Yes, of course everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you simply re-read my post i suggested that they "reduce" the editorials, not "eliminate" them... and, instead, point the viewership back into God's Word and His perspective.
2) You've stated that this is a show, "of Christians for Christians" ... and whereby "everyone knows the Word."
That is a lot to assume, my friend, and is another example of "conjecture."
I would suggest that the "Provoked" online viewership may consist more of a blend... new believers to the mature... many with a solid, Biblical foundation... others who have come out from false prohets / false doctrine / false teaching... and still others who are still heavily influenced by the "false".
Take care.

1.) I think I understand what you mean by editorials, but it’s a UA-cam channel, not a tv or news network.
It’s a “discussion”
I can appreciate your input and wanting to see more Biblical references and like I originally stated, I agree they could have done better, but where is the grace? You stated that you watched one episode?
@@0xpipx0
Yeah you're right, RR...
That's all I've done...
I've only watched the one "Provoked" video presentation...
Jake here. I appreciate the feedback. Great reminder to keep things centered on the Word. John 17:17. Thanks again.
Todd " Bam Bam " Bentley Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam. BAM your healed !!
So… a concussion is falling under the power of God? There’s a meme in there somewhere
Good job
What a sickness
This could have been 30 seconds long, just a clip of him doing what he does, and all would see his ridiculous unbiblical antics 😅
What is appalling is that Todd Bentley is involved ìn sexual misconduct . He's living a double life
Todd’s False and Marked along with those who ordained him.
