@@clvnoI think they mean that she should be a serious villain without a comedic goofy side like the other villains. Val, Adam, lute, vox, velvette and alastor all have silly comedic moments despite being big threats.
I hope Vox gets the attention he deserves, For being the leader he's honestly the least intimidating due to him being treated as a joke every time he is on screen (Specifically by Alastor).
I rly can’t wait to see more of vox and Alastor in season 2 and who knows they might see each other face to face in person and maybe a fight scene with them

Everyone reads Sarah's look as displeasure. I always read it as more of a "Ooooh I fucked uuuup" sort of look. Like, genuine horror that she didn't even consider redemption possible, and here it is, actually in effect. And she's realizing the fact that she enabled genocide, when there was a peaceful solution to the problem. Still that's just my read. It'll be cool if she's actually a villain too.

I can't wait to see more of the Vees and especially Vox in Season 2. Really hope we get more of the rivalry between Vox and Alastor
Potential Emily and Sir Pentious duo sounds top tier. I think Lute will try to kill him but Sera is against it wanting to see if it’s legit. But she’ll tell Lute to keep an eye on him and kill him if he tried anything. Lute of course will just find any excuse to do him in since she’s even more tired of sinners at this rate but Emily will defend Sir Pentious.
Then one of two things will happen. Either Lute changes for the better and becomes the “vaggie” of heaven where she protects those two. Or she gets even worse and doubles down on her hatred of sinners to the point where she’s bloodlust incarnate. Either sound possible given the type of show hazbin is.
Playing into this I can imagine Emily introducing sir pentious to at Peter and him fainting or something
The only way Lute's going to change for the better is if she has a REASON. Plus there's hints in her ' love is blasphemous ' speech over Vaggie and Charlie that definitely makes me think the show's going to pull a Beauty and the Beast thing with Adam being the Beast. Lute finding out Adam is still there, but a sinner, but that he can be saved, would be incentive for her to change. Sera though DOESN'T.
I think Lute can’t be redeemed at this point.
I’m most excited to see Lilith, tbh. Because, I would love to see how similar she and Charlie actually are. At the moment it seems Charlie shares more in common with her dad. So, it’d be interesting to see what characteristics Charlie has inherited from her mother. What would be really interesting, in my opinion, is if we find out that Lilith is actually a bad mother and the story she left Charlie about what happened in Eden and her leadership of Hell isn’t the whole truth.
On top of that, if they decide to go this route, it would be cool to have Lilith and Charlie’s relationship contrasted with more positive mother-daughter relationships. Carmilla and Vaggie’s relationship seems like the perfect candidate for this, as we saw Carmilla train Vaggie and call her by name in episode 8. At the very least we could see Carmilla becoming a mentor to Vaggie and then eventually a mother figure.
Additionally, Sera and Emily work as a relationship that is in between. They very obviously love and care about each other. Sera wants to protect Emily, but the decisions she made to do so just weren’t the right ones; something that is realistic to a parent-child relationship. In any case, I’m also eager to see what they do with Sera in Season Two.
The Vees, period. I feel like at this point Heaven should stop being antagonistic for the most part (except for Lute) since they now have concrete proof that the hotel works, and I was a bit underwhelmed by how little Vox and his associate did in season 1, so I look forward to them taking more center stage in season 2. Though if they really go with the road of Adam returning as a Sinner and having to get reformed I'd love it.
I just want more than 8 episodes
I feel like the only reason Sara approved of the exterminations was because she was pressured into doing do, and the face she made when Sir Pentious appeared in heaven was more of shock than anger
I'm wondering if Sera is going to try to quietly get Pentious eliminated, or at least lock him up, to avoid the repercussions of his ascension.
I Hope so I feel like the story will be resolved too easily, maybe she could be about to announce him but roo (a teased villain/root of all evil) will get to her first and say that the angels will rebel if they find out about the exterminations and she will be a hypocrite so she’ll lock him up out of fear

A lot of people who watched the Pilot myself included, we ALL believed that Lucifer was the worst parent but this Season Finale made us look like idiots.
I think the I’m more worried about when Charlie finds out that while she is over here trying to redeem the Sinners, her mother is in Heaven just enjoying the free time and sunbathing to not even think about her daughter or her husband for that matter. She put Lucifer in the state of depression after they had split up and did you see the number of rubber duckies he had at his place?

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks Lilith will play a bigger role, as either a major villain, Alastor's master, both, or something else.
Emily is going to make it her mission to protect Sir Pentious from Lute. She’ll be watching him 24/7 in Heaven.
If any of the vees die, it’s probably gonna be Valentino, I just can’t see them killing vox in season two especially if they are granting him a backstory with alastor and hopefully some character development. While I think he could possibly be killed in a later season, season two is not a good placement.
Having both main villains die at the end of their respective seasons sets a precedent I’m not sure they’d want to have. Not all finales need to one up each other.

There's too much mystery around Lilith and it would be so anti-climatic if she just ditched Charlie and Lucifer for purely selfish reasons.
To me that line Lute made about why Charlie is protected from the annual extermination has more to do with Lilith than Lucifer. I think that was the deal Lilith made with Adam. That he can do whatever he wants with no resistance from her if he doesn't touch Charlie.

I disagree. Making her the opposite of what Lucifer ended up being would be much more nuanced and interesting. Consider this: Lucifer was set up as the parent who was neglectful and then we actually found out he cares so much about Charlie and would do anything to protect her. Whereas, they have set up Lilith (at least at the start of the series) as the parent who cares so much about Charlie but has been away from her on presumably an important errand for the last 7 years. Episode 8 shattered the latter expectation. So, I wouldn’t put it past them to continue with this. Also, she and Lucifer are divorced and we haven’t been told why. The pictures in Lucifer’s house showed them as being genuinely happy together. So, we don’t actually know what their divorce was over. On the other hand, you may be right about Charlie being part of Lilith’s deal with Adam. And having both parents care about Charlie to some degree could be quite interesting as well.
Lilith may or may not be a villain since she probably left her daughter and husband to satisfy herself and didn't care what happened in Hell.
Guys just hear me out. So, lute is trying to get Lilith to stop the shenanigans and eventually, lutes gonna figure out that Adam is down there and can’t just go back to heaven in his demon form. So lutes gonna be like “ah crap, I gotta stop Lilith and get Adam redeemed”.
While I don’t think we will get a proper show Roo in season 2 I think we will get some big foreshadowing for the character
I'll say it, Roo is Eve, Eve is Niffty as a literal wolf in sheep's clothing, Charlie and Lilith will make up, only to have one dead (for business reasons), and the other forcibly married off (for business reasons). Roo has free reign until giant collabs, someone finally has a change of heart, and dies for their friends, as the show must go on. Don't @ me
You know if Season 2 ends up having more than 8 episodes, maybe a good 20-17 episodes, then that would give us a LOT more time to learn about the characters and the universe and help out with the pacing by a large margin. As for who I wanna see more of in season 2, I really wanna see Emily and Charlie hang out more or at the very least talk to each other more.

In my headcannon, Seviathan is the main antagonist of not just season 2, but the entire Series. But not in the Way you Think. In my version, his and Charlie’s relationship ended when he tried to RAPE her. Plus, he is the most dangerus entity in all of creation. Seriusly, everyone except Charlie, Lucifor, Zestiel and Carmilla are TERRAFIED of him.
I have an idea for an episode of season 2 where Charlie and her friends visit Earth.

What I think is that vox and Alastor were good friends
There is evidence for this when we see in the finally where Vox has a picture of Alastor. Alastor doesn’t just let ANYONE take a picture of him stated “this face was made for radio”. They must’ve been really good friends
Then Vox insisted that Alastor would join his group but he refused his whole thing being radio not wanting to be with Vox in the company of technical stuff and having to show his face on screens
So Alastor did the only logical thing he left but before he did vox stated that if your not with me your against me
That’s when the rivalry started then Alastor left for seven years
This causing the break up in there friendship Vox thinks that Alastor is back to take his spotlight but this is not the case he is there because his deal

This is just my own speculation for season 2 for Sera. In last episode when Sir Pentious got into heaven we saw Sera been shocked. And just as it was sayed Sera wasn't thrilled him been redeemed. I imagine Sera realizing she was wrong, but won't accept that. And Emily would start to questioning him and becauce of that Emily is casted to hell. And maybe Sir Pentious also is thrown back to hell despite him been redeemed. And if been thrown to hell they will going to find Charlie and tell everything what happened.
I think it was just mainly shock.
But I think Emily could maybe change her mind.
I hope they'll bring in Seviathan Von Eldritch. He can be like Jervis Tetch from Batman: The Animated Series: a lonely sinner demon with mind control powers who's abused by his sister, Hellsea, and too shy to admit his love for Charlie, and has an obsession with the Alice in Wonderland books.
So it's cannon that Adam and Eve are in the Hazbin universe. So where would Kane and Abel be?
I hope they don’t make Lilith a heartless monster bitch. I really hope that Viv makes her nuanced and complex like Lucifer. She walked out on her family seemingly 7 years ago. We don’t know why. But, it’s suspiciously the same time that Alastor disappeared after broadcasting overlords screams and tearing shit up and everything. What happened? In the photo in Lucifers place Lilith looks genuinely happy.

In my opinion I think too could take a similar role as invictus from final space a looming threat who is there watching in s1 but chooses not to do anything until s2 where she reveals herself and starts pulling the strings (not fully taking the main focus as the main villain but still being there) and then s3 where she is the main focus and villain where we will see doing everything and taking the main stage with her powers and intentions.

Honestly I feel like Sera wouldn't fit as a villain. She really seems like a kind soul but is more objective than Emily. Her expression when she saw Pentious get redeemed felt more like a "Oh god I approved of a yearly genocide for no reason and caused the suffering of thousands"

I think we get one minor death during the battle . The main death should be lucifer. We could then see in season 3 how God might let him back in to heaven but lucifer refuses and goes back to hell in season 4. The reason he goes into heaven is because he sacrifices himself for lilith but gets to depress when he sees he'd and accidentally gets hit by a powerful blow

My theory with the V,s is that somehow Vox dies due to Alastor or Lucifer. And something happens to valatino so that angle will be freed. And because velvet has no beef with anyone one and is on the side line she will take over the other V,s places and instead of then vVv or V,s. It’s just V
Holding strongly that Lute and all three Vees will die as the show goes on (hoping for 5 seasons), they all proved to be very malicious and this show should not make the mistake of giving undeserving villains half-baked redemptions like so many cartoons of late have (Steven Universe, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, Friendship is Magic, Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts, etc). We should only have well written redemption arcs like Pentious

First. Ease up on the caffeine,dude. Second, Roo is not Eve, God created she from Adam's body after Lilith left him. As for the Vees, I'm hoping for two deaths; Valentino and Vox. Its based around the idea that Emily gets word to Charlie that Sir Pentious is in Heaven. This as the song says in " The show must go on." Many more will come. The Vees will try and make a power play for the hotel, using Angle Dust. In the end failing and destroying themselves in the deal. As for Lute and Lilith here is where Lute fines out the story about a deal Adam was him lying to Lute to impress her. Because Lute will fine out just what the Queen of Hell means. As for Sera, she will try to hide Pentious for sure. This will cause Emily to fight her, I believe Emily will win and be the one in charge of placing these new souls in Heaven. No, don't think most of season one crew will move on, Charlie gonna need a help with redemption once word gets out and who else can she get.
You might want to check the map out in the song; " Our time." The one the Vees sing, there's a new triangle they're afraid of.
viv confirmed in an interview that alastor & vox's dynamic will be explored more in depth & that the vees will pose a bigger threat in season 2

Something that im hoping to see is with all the potential antagonists coming for the hotel. Is that Lucifer realizes that either he needs to step up and actually start being a leader/Ruler of Hell or start training Charlie to take his place. It's pretty obvious that No one in Hell respects the royal family. (Look at how everyone treats Charlie and doesnt care who she is.) They don't think Lucifer will do anything. Even if they deal with the three V's, someone else will eventually try the same thing. We already know Alastor has his own goals.

That's why I think Al dislikes Lucifer and was winding him up. Luci has the power to erase anyone that opposes him, he was toying with Adam openly and with all that power, he stays in his room playing with rubber duckies. It's a waste of power.
The pilot showed him riding out an extermination with Carmine, Zestiel, and Zeesi.
Even if that's not canon anymore, he probably at least knows about Zestiel, given how long he's been around, and might start to view Rosie and Carmine as more than white noise since they helped Charlie.
Depending on how out of practice Lucifer is, some Demon Lords might try to manipulate him to their own ends, or to what they honestly believe are Hell's best interests.

If he does start training Charlie to take over, I hope they do that in secret. Given that they have a lot to loose as the royal family and many in hell would want to take advantage of them, it would be best to keep it a secret since if people knew how powerful they truly are they would be less inclined to underestimate them.
I hope they bring Adam back, im sure his character has more to offer, like, at least a backstory/flashback to explain his behavior.
since hes lived so incredibly long and kinda just done what he wants i wouldn't be surprised if he just reinvents his personality every couple hundred years or atleast just generally feels like nothing has consequences after living that long with that much freedom

There’s a lot going for season 2: Lilith, Alastor’s deal, the Vees, a renovation of the Hotel and Pentious becoming Repentious opens new possibilities.
Maybe Alastor could find a way to break the deal or someone could break Alastor's deal.

Velvet does kind of needs a personal connection to the hotel otherwise she is just a tool for vox. I am confident that Velvet will be Vox's go to mass controller/ slash mud slinger for the hotel. His hypnotic powers might have limits, but when combined with Velvets social media they could make the mind controlled army.
It's actually confirmed the Vees will be the main antagonists of Season 2, the Protagonists will have their backstories as former humans on Earth revealed, and that there will be more songs than Season 1 (Likely Song Battles). Viziepop wanted Hazbin Hotel to be only 3 Seasons but it might be longer depending on how good the series is. Plus, she is also busy making Helluva Boss Season 3. Helluva Boss has more story to tell than Hazbin Hotel since it focuses on all Seven Rings of Hell and Hell's society. It will be nice if there are crossovers but I highly doubt it since Helluva Boss is free on UA-cam while Hazbin Hotel is on Amazon.
One thing I'd love to see is more of Heaven disputing with eachother over the exterminations & redemption. Probably one side represented by Emily, Sir Pentious, & maybe even molly supporting the idea; wanting to give sinners the chance to change and wishing to see lost loved ones & being shocked they could/have been killed permanently, and so supporting the Hotel top-side such as by revealing redemption works to Charlie. The other led by Sera & Lute totally against sinners up into Heaven, to focused on hatred or fear of the sinners & wishing them exterminated instead, antagonizing the Hotel from Heaven however they can.
The Vees I could also see becoming major threats in season 2, especially if it could somehow boost Vox & Velvette's threat levels. Show them having really made use of the power vacuum of Alastor's brief absence, for example, by taking over the narrative of last season's extermination and the hotel's involvement. And I also really like the idea of Velvette getting to be the antagonist of one season 2's new hotel guests.
It might be tough to juggle them and Lilith though, so I do hope season 2 gets more episodes to make that work better.
