Rational PoC cuz you dress in a way means you should get arrested?
Rational PoC cuz it's the against the law to arrest someone just cuz how the dress and is there a pacific way for thugs to dress? They where just standing there they weren't throwing gang signs
@Rational PoC Man what are u talking about? 🤷
Rational PoC even if they where just checking the could have done it in a professional way instead trying to be aggressive and again just cuz they dress doesn't mean they are up to something and you're trying to defend these police officers when they knew they where wrong if you watched the seen jerry threats that cops then the cops let them go cuz Jerry has connections
Rational PoC they where simple asking what did they do you are allowed to asked why a officer is stopping you they have to give a reason and most of the time I wear black clothing but I'm not going anything illegal and bs? Cops at that time also did bs too it goes both ways and they harassed these guys for just standing there no matter how you dress no matter what color you are police can't do this it's police harassment

“You can’t harass people just because of what they look like” RESPECT
Yea i dont do that at my job. Not only race but by age or disability
That statement only makes sense because _"what they look like"_ implies race.
But imagine this scenario: you are a police officer in a ex-soviet country and in your area 90%+ of the crimes are committed by gopniks. Of course you would behave different to gopniks than to other people. Same goes for every area in the world - there is always that profile which do the most crimes, and the local police are always aware of it.
But why is this scene different? They look exactly like the profile that do most of the crimes in that area.
These police acted like pigs. But them assuming those were gangsters made perfect sense. And it's a thin line between ensuring their own safety and acting like pigs.
I don't think the police are *alone* in the fault here. Those dudes shouldn't dress like gangsters if they didn't want to be treated as such.
@edmis90 They were just standing outside. Not doing anything to threaten the safety of the cops. I highly doubt that them dressing differently would cause a different reaction from the cops. You're just victim blaming.

Can't think like that man. Black people gotta know that you need to see yourselves as black and know thats how everyone else sees you and will treat you based on their own beliefs. Never think you'll get cut some slack cuz you are the same race as someone else. Always be prepared when engaging someone of a minority race that is in a position of power over you, especially in situation where they are flanked by other white individuals, cuz they be watching both of you and will usually press you both until someone cries "Massa!".
Own race not blood
How?
People do not realize how smart you have to be to be a good rapper. All of the greatest rhymers are geniuses. If you breakdown the rhyming scheme of their songs, it’s all perfectly crafted to flow well. You have to be really creative to pull off the linguistic talents they have.

Jerry Heller may be an awful person who broke up NWA. But he will not ever stand for police brutality.
He WOULD not. He's dead.
To be honest. Without Jerry. NWA would of never existed. These guys would of stayed in Compton.
The movie depicts Jerry as a greedy man being unfair to them. But in reality. Jerry helped these guys become famous musicians. Took them out of the potential dangerous lifestyles all from their neighborhood. He deserved a better legacy than what was given to him. Dre and cube did him wrong.

33 years later: rap is the most popular and influential genre of all time
sil_spatafora not anymore it’s slowing dying down
Wudlig says who?
Som Keshav says the financial data, rap is no longer selling or is relevant in music sales and has become very over saturated for past 30 years. people are tired of hearing the same sound, producers and record companies are looking into more rock jazz and pop acts. so rap has had a good run but within this decade rap music will die out and be replaced by a new genre
Wudlig rap won’t necessarily die, but it would evolve into something new for me. If it’s dying, I will still listen to it regardless of trends.

Like at least once a week there were 5 - 10 cars for 1 or 2 men and or woman and children that they would have sitting on the side of the street. Most of the time they were kept there for 20-30 minutes and allowed to leave...

Saving private ryan
@Bønzëaux Błëuxgrēn Yes, underrated. He's a fantastic actor.
i wonder how those cops felt seeing them become big time celebrities after this. probably looked like a bunch of clowns.😂
I just can't express my love for this scene
"You can't cannot come down here and harras these guys because they're black, people have rights!"
Officer: Rap isn't a art
Rappers: Makes more money than the cops
And???
@@gamerepic4760 And they make more. What more are you looking for? You can't understand what the person meant based off of that clear comment? I pray you are not american because if so, you are disgraceful smfh.
Make money on cops 😂😂 stupid rappers they just say money bad things about girl kill someone yeee they are angel and dont forget they also harrasment public things
Royal Klowns what does them making more money have to do with rap being an art
@@gamerepic4760 for one. Music is an art and in the context of the video since it was a more thug like thing back then so they didn't respect it at all and were ignorant to the fact that it was important. The comment about them making more is to show that the cops are looking down on them and acting like they are nothing when rappers make more than they do. One of these things take a certain level of skill to develop over ling periods of time while the other only takes 6 months for the permission to kill people.
Police officer: You got something to say?
Ice Cube: I got something to say...
Live Action Gta San Andreas do be looking good
Gotta love jerry sticking up for them
"Listen to what your master says boy" it's funny how a BLACK COP says that...lmao
NEW YORK SPORTS FAN "black police showin out for the white cops"

That black cop was a sellout
NEW YORK SPORTS FAN how is a black officer actin white😂💀
BloodDiamond he look's like Tupac lol
The "rap is not an art" dude may be one of the most annoying and infuriating cops in movie history
Jerry here should have said they are his musicians.
It's not art
You suck
How would this scene have changed had N.W.A. been wearing business suits?
@@johndempsey4955 AMEN or LIKEWISE!
