I've been full carnivore for 95 days and the vast majority of my health issues have resolved. Insulin resistance, gout, inflammation, high blood pressure, all gone. And I've gone from 310lbs to 260 in 95 days. I've developed the philosophy that meat is food and plants are medicine and seasoning. It works for me.

Thank you! Vegan for 5 years. I’m at the point where I just added meat, eggs, fish, whole milk, raw cheese within the last week. My entire body lights up when I eat it that it’s all I want now. But my digestion is even more off. My main symptoms are extreme weight/muscle loss, menstrual cycle lost, inability to feel at all even close to full when eating, and the inability to digest pretty much anything at this point. Will look into digestive enzymes. Thank you again.

Ive always been a picky meat eater, but i do eat chicken, fish, turkey and minimal red meat. I was vegetarian for years on and off. I went back to eating meat because my anxiety got so bad, and my iron was usually always low. The only good thing about vegetarianism for me, was that my cholesterol was at its lowest. Its gone up now that i eat meat, but still in the normal range. All my other numbers are great too.

This is so similar to me. Especially the doctors telling me how healthy i am/was. I support whatever works for each person. I've found for myself if i eat fruit, vegetables, nuts, meat i seem to function best. All organic non gmo, and only drink water, coffee black or green tea. I was vegan for a year and was miserable. I loved keto but i started having gall bladder problems after a few months of it so now i just balance veg/nuts/meat/fruit evenly. I've also found that stress can destroy your health even if your eating perfect. Meditate/exercise/eat healthy/LOVE. Thanks for sharing.

I have done "keto" (I call my version cheeto cause I eat fruit and potatoes) for almost a year now, and I have lost 40lbs. 11:02 You know, that's really a shame. Regardless of what diet & lifestyle choices you elect to make, if you're making a genuine effort towards better health and what you're doing is working for you, it doesn't matter what other people think you ought to be doing. For me, I started down this road a few years ago when I couldn't stop gaining weight despite rigorous exercise. I knew the only lever I had yet to pull was my diet. I stumbled upon this thing called Keto, then despite not being able to find meaningful research to support it I tossed myself wholly into carnivore. Couple that with a fair bit of fasting and I dropped almost 100 lbs. I was quite literally the same size & shape as when I was a teenager, and in many ways felt as vibrant and healthy as then too. I had a drastic employment change that has made that choice of diet/lifestyle significantly more difficult (rather high levels of stress plus colleagues always putting sweets & SAD foods in my face at the lunch table - willpower is a limited resource). I've put half of that weight back on, but still strive toward the ideal because I can never forget how great I felt when I was actually at a healthy weight and avoiding inflammatory foods while eating truckloads of highly nourishing foods. We live and we learn. I have definitely learned a lot these last few years.

the people and elderly in blue zone like italy and those in south indian countryside have a moderate of diary, meat and legumes and pulses and theyre really healthy . Also diary is so fresh there that it may not be necessary for you to force yourself to be vegan(caused by the standard american diet)
here the syrian chrsitians do a vegan fasting but only for detox and not a propaganda type of thing(like a 365 day thing)
along with food its lifestyle and compassion not only to animals but also to your genuine friends and colleagues.
you can find spirituality even by being a meat eater
i tried a vegan dressing like cashew sauce in place of dairy by a vegan nutritionist just callme flora(oshe was sweet and was not radical) but i felt so bad trying it out . I FELT SO BAD IN A STOMACH AND I JUST TOOK A TASTE WHILE COOKING IT. TASTE WAS GOOD BUT MY BODY REACTED BAD. I DID SOME TESTING ON THE CASHEWS BUT THEY WERE HYGIEN
ALSO BBC SAID IT HAD BENEFITS. IT MADE ME THINK THAT UA-cam AND MAINSTREAM NEWS MEDIA CAN BE TRIGGERING AND JUST ONE SIDED
i do take gap between meat eating days(WAITING FOR A DAY TO HAVE AN ORGANIC MEAT INDUSTRY) and do use some vegan options(but i dont necessarily need a vegan labelling on that food item and a bit of milk solid allergen is fine for me).
    each person is different
    thank you for this
    youre very brave.

I mean, it's kind of understood that people can change their diet throughout their lives multiple times due to various medical issues, from weight problems to allergies or diseases, like autoimune diseases. I think each individual should stop looking for a community in the food spectrum because it makes no sense.

Are you sure it was your diet? A vegan diet should not make you feel that way. But then again, not all vegan diets are healthy, for example potato chips or candy can fit in a "vegan" diet cause there's no animals involved. On top of that, everyone's body is different. This could possibly be a case of hypochondria. One can convince themselves into sickness if they really believe they are sick, just like all manifestations. Then again, I'm no nutritionist just my opinion. I look and feel 100x better than I did as a kid (in sports) because of my diet and mindset of believing in my health.

Starting to hope/wonder if I was trolled and this is you saying you are back to genuine veganism now. Left picture non-vegan, right picture genuine veganism. In either case, please make this about the animals.

I appreciate you watching. I know you said you saw my earlier video, and you probably had the same feeling then. I'm sure it's frustrating to see a follow up video with me saying the same thing. I respect your opinion, and am bummed I could not bring positive energy into your life today ❤

@@pimpenstein There is a fantastic video on this. Look up "Is veganism a cult? | B.I.T.E. Model Analysis".

No need sir. I know it is. My sister used to be a dancer and she went vegan. It gave her osteoporosis. She slipped on some ice and shattered her ankle beyond repair. Fifteen pins. She will never dance again. So an ideology where people engage in a diet that literally harms them? That's a cult bruh.

well whatever your doing is working well!! I am trying to super boost nitride diet now, even though i love meat so we will see what happens. I wish our so called health plans supported dietary programs! instead of that they just insure us so when we go get our gallbladder and other shit removed we only pay 1300 dollars... grrr.
