Very nice one. I have a mini garri factory in my compound in Ebonyi state. I process from the beginning to the end , just bring your cassava and my workers will do all the processing for you to reduce the stress for you. Garri na both rich and pour man food. Nice one miss Ojulape space.
I must say you're doing an awesome job. Luv your content. As a garri factory owner, I must point out that it's probably more profitable with your style. However, operating the factory is capital intensive & not really profitable for a quality garri due to: labors, Raw materials & fuel cost, borehole etc. Risk is lower though. Goodluck everyone.
Madam Ojuolape space please I reside in Lagos state I want to start new journey by venture into garri production in a large scale but for now I want to start with 200k a small scale production. I had downloaded alot of UA-cam video on how to produce garri but they're not comprehensive as yours. I which you have other social media platform like Whatsapp to discuss more on this particular content.
I’ve searched UA-cam but yours really explains it well, thank you. I’m interested in getting into garri business. I’ll like to talk more about it with you. I’m very far away from the west.
Nice one 👍🏾 Your video is the 1st Garri processing video I have watched. There’s a Garri processing factory at Samonda, Ibadan. Will visit the Garri processing factory at challenge to see how it’s run. Thank you for this awesome information you just shared. God bless…
GOD bless you ma... Honestly I really appreciate the information you share on how to process garri... I wish to know more on the quantity of cassava that will produce one bag of garri(50kg) and also the exact market to buy cassava in large quantity.
It might be difficult for people living in lagos, unless one can get the tubers from other states and take them to lagos to process. Most of the farm produce they sell I lagos is or planted in lagos. So very thingbis possible.
Mile 12 market, once you enter the market ask for where they sell tapioca, if the vendor is selling in small quantities, ask for where they sell in bag.
Least I forget the snail is cheaper maybe that's the main thing is they sell and another interesting thing is d Yoruba locust beans the mama Was wrapping in leaves
This is educating I love your presentation it is. Well explanatry. But watasap number please. Lastly how much do you pay for the grinding, washing and frying?
Thank you for watching. Firstly, prices in Nigeria increase every day. At the time, this content was published. Grinding: #600 Washing: I wash myself Frying: #600

Please what do you do or use the chaff that was left?
How do you ferment the ijebu garri that spike when eating it and how can you preserve to last for years
Once you didn't allow water to get close to it, it can last for more than a year. Pour it inside a nylon before putting it in a sack.
