Just as a heads up, prior to unplugging the drain plug make sure to begin the removal of the oil filter housing first. Don't completely remove it but simply untighten it to where you can lift it up slightly to allow the oil housed it in to seep out. Saves from any mess and allows the oil to drain thoroughly.

I was actually thinking about doing this, but I did not know if it was a good idea or not LOL. I'll make sure to do that next time.
      Thanks,
      Rick

RallySport Direct yes it’s both. The thing is WW1 was a win for the “allies” while the fall of Germany and Japan are very greatly related by our war efforts. It’s funny how he thinks WW2 was only with Japan, we were in both fronts. Good vid man.

I knew about the plastic oil pan, but a plastic drain plug is a serious cheap part on Volkswagen.

And plastic oil pan LOL. I was shocked, but I guess not really surprised. Seems like most manufacturers are going to a FRP material for basically everything. I mean if it works, it works, right? :/
