- Part 1 of 2:
Attack Maximum Challenge main event, Attack Tsukuba held on February 23, 2019.
This year's event was by far the biggest event yet, with both entrants and spectators coming from all over Japan and also overseas.
The biggest news for this year's Attack Tsukuba was the entry of WTAC entrants Vibrant Civic of Canada and JDM Yard Civic of Australia.
With increasing requests by viewers for more closeup footage of cars and the sheer number of cars entered at this event, the video of this event has been split up into two parts.
Part 1 is a walk through of pit lane and the paddock.
Hope you enjoy it and subscribe and stay tuned for Part 2, coming soon!

such a great channel, keep it up. i cant wait to be back at tsukuba, do they hold any race days around oct/nov¿
There are various events throughout the year but if you want to see the top level time attack events, they usually start from Nov, when the temps start coming down.
Thanks for watching!

This is good
Thanks for watching!
Such a tease
The Japanese sure love their T88's..
imagine the response gains with some GTXs or even just modern truck turbos like Holsets
Escort evo 9 ?
Cosworth evo 9
Why do they all sit in the pits with all
Of their wheels off? They put tires warmers on that we can’t see or something?
Yes, tire warmers are a necessity for teams running the Super Lap.
This was clickbait for me, the civic on the left of the video in the beginning is the JdM yard civic from australia, i thought it was in japan to see how it would stack up to japanese cars at tsukuba!! Unless im blind i couldnt see it any where in the video
??
The first Civic that appears in this video is the ASLAN EG6.
If you want to see the JDM Yard EG6 in the thumbnail pic, I'm pretty sure I see it @3:10.
@@ShuBoxInc great catch!!!! I didnt see that at all!! Thanks for the correction, now i cant waitto see the 2nd part
Will showing what North America can do!
Yes, I was a proud Canadian this day! :)
@@ShuBoxInc I've seen Will lay it all on the line in person for many years. Ever since his first WTAC, he has improved vastly year after year!
you drive that DC2 ?
@@qc-sunbro3066 if you're asking me whether I drive the DC2, I do not. I have an EM1 I race in Honda Challenge here in NASA Great Lakes. I spent time competing in Grid Life Time Attack to tune my car as well as hone my race craft to prepare for wheel to wheel racing. I've seen first hand Will's determination as well as James Houghton who were always battling head to head!
