The AG has opened the eyes of a corpse and he’s about to see a ghost. He’s been told severely to let this matter rest but he refused to listen. Now the table has turned and he’s likely to go down.
I don't see any reason for the AG to even not accept a plead bargain from the suppliers, they want to pay back the money and you return their cars, money is not lost.
The AGC doesn't have to accept a plea bargain. A plea bargain is a confirmation of acceptance of guilt. The offenders must be punished to serve as a deterrent. They are lucky to be under a democratic dispensation. The AFRC sentenced people to firing squad for less.
Also note this crime has resulted in deaths of Ghanaians whose lives could have been saved if working Ambulances were available. Crime against humanity not only money lost.
@@crumbs4753stop your foolishness comment..we are all here in Ghana akoffu addo and bawumia sold our ambulance to Dubai..what are they saying about that

Total Rubbish. Issue here has nothing to do with someone above the law or not. Rather an Attorney General trying to convince a witness to lie about another accused person, so he can jail the person. That is the issue here.
Lol you just don't have any ideas of the case just don't come. Ato Forson is in court just for the letter he took to GT for the loan not checking ambulance pls.
Checking the ambulance is the duty of the ministry which signed the contract with the Big C company not the ministry finance which is doing the payment

If an educated man like Dr. Ato Forson is telling Ghanaians that he doesn’t know the difference between a van and an ambulance, then he is guilty. He needs to go to jail!
@@GbemmieHaruna I don’t need to follow any legalistic defense. Did Ato Forson buy a van or an ambulance with the Ghana funds? It’s a very straightforward case. You don’t need to even go to school to understand this basic question.
Am sure if the ex-deputy finance minister was the direct buyer of all the govt purchases approved by the PPA, he definitely would not have been a deputy finance minister!!!
Some people are not following the case from the beginning, before reaching conclusions. The van arrived in ghana with the necessary components needed in the ambulance.

There's no political persecution. The accused connived to use the position of stewardship to hurt the or Ghanaian.
In one breadth we shout corruption is killing the country and in another we want people found engaging in it set free.

Say it again. All this AG has been doing is political prosecution.
It is HATE that has brought him this embarrassing moment
You are right..and he will be embarrassed more and more
LET THE ATTORNEY GENERAL RESIGN NOW. HE MUST RESIGN NOW.

Speculation
Ag boy is talking nonsense
How can this be termed as “persecution “?…It’s just due process being battled in court..It’s about lawyers showing their mettle
This is insane journalism!

Introduce TORAH COURTS in the Republic of Ghana. The Western style legalese is just convoluted BS that leads to wastage of state resources.
Is the leader of the opposition above the law? Does he and the others accused have a case to answer?
Silly question..go and ask your AG and Akoffu addo
