looks great, the fact that shifters are optional makes it a great option for rally sims, but I whish the button layout was inverted with rotary encoders near your thumbs instead
Great video, thanks for getting it out so quickly as been waiting since simagic teased it back in August, straight buy for me as been holding out for a wheel hub which can take 300mm wheel! Is there any info on available wheels from simagic? Currently they only have 330 - 325mm so wondering if i need to source 300mm from another company. Also can you confirm what was the formula style game you was playing?
As much as I like Moza & want them to come out with their own hub, I don't think they will top this offer, it's pretty good; though I still wish someone else than just Fanatec made a hub with modular button clusters
I just saw another photo of the Neo X, where the shifters can be in different positions. That is the issue with my Alliexpress button box, I can't mount a circle rim and reach the shifters comfortably. As any circular wheel is going to have a little dish, if not most. It's going to be an exciting week, with AC Evo, and this. More money drined from my bank account
Yes, you'll see this in the review. You should know, though, this one is not exactly lightweight, as there's a steel support frame inside. It's around, 1000g including the QR attached.
The information I have is, it's $199/€179 for the wheel plate. The paddle shifters are sold separately (I don't know the cost), as there will be different options.
How easy is it to switch wheel rims? Hope you can cover this in the review. I guess its 6 screws? Which makes me think how convenient and versatile is a hub when you just want to switch between race style.
@kylesimpson5331 I just realized; If it shares the same bolt pattern measurement as the stock Logitech Pro wheel, then no. It's not 70mm. It's about 5mm off that.
You need to sync the wireless connection between the Neo X and wheelbase first. Read step 4.0 here - image.simagic.com/profile/upload/2025/01/13/SIMAGIC_Neo_X_Hub_Quick_Guide.pdf
@@SimRacingCorner - Thanks and now it works. Yes you have to sync the Alpha with the Hub ( Before you even turn your Computer on - which is what i did ) - Then turn on the P.C and load up Simpro Manager or simhub.
looks better than most of button plate out there like ascher, cube control for the price and 2x 7 way funky switch and cheaper!
OOOHHH I've been waiting for this!!!!
Not long now, the review embargo ends tomorrow.
Moza... I'm waiting on the wheel hub right about now... Simagic's taking the shots already xD
You can attach the Simagic hub to a Moza wheelbase if you need to, but it would also need to use the USB cable for connection to PC
Moza is a joke compared to Simagic.
i mean you have the ES wheel and the CS wheels you can take the button box off and attach third part wheels too
Do you know if it can be used upside down? so you can put on a formula rim so the red rotation things can be on top instead of bottom
Interesting idea
I don’t get it if you have A QR isn’t the sim magic wheelbase compatible with all its wheel rims?
Guarantee Moza brings one of these out soon.

maybe u can turn the hub around..
another great simagic device
Cant wait for the short term review 🩷🩷🩷

Awesome video and product - thanks for that! What monitor are you using, mate?

@ Thx mate

I'm not aware of any new wheel rims being launched. The game is AMS2.
Nice one, thanks!!

if I get this i'm using it upside down for the button layout makes more sense to me ergonomically,
Now, we just need quick release system for the wheel instead of screws ..
I also want this and am presently working on a design that I may prototype if I can figure out a few tricky details.
Can i use a 6x70mm quick release? Bought the simsonn button plate in aluminum but its a hefty peice
Yes, you'll see this in the review. You should know, though, this one is not exactly lightweight, as there's a steel support frame inside. It's around, 1000g including the QR attached.

Yeah, it's just dealing with 6 screws. In the review, I demonstrate mounting a few different wheels.
Can if fit the Logitech RS rims?
@@kylesimpson5331 I don't have any of those to try.
The Logitech's are 290 MM , do you think they would fit?

So this is now available at what retailer's?
From the details I have, It officially launches tomorrow.
Really dont like the led shapes.
But seems to be the style used on the neo line
May have missed it but any word on price.
199 US for the wheel plate. Shifters sold seperately.
Wasn’t there a center button/cover…….. you never installed?
Yes, and I didn't need to use it. It's there for wheels with a centre cutout.
My Neo X does not work Wirelessly - you have to plug it in via USB! - And i also am using the Alpha Mini.

The IA translate 🤨
What?
@@Asunah_ it's a good solution for people who do not understand spoken or written english
you have uploaded the video with predetermined auto translate... in case of spanish is not from Spain :S A bit weird. So weird...
6 months of constant teasing with zero info makes people extremely annoyed.
The official review embargo lifts tomorrow, hence the reason the video being locked until then.
Not it's not Gregory Stevens, Sir
Malheureusement IA .... négatif 😢
