I'm eating at the place without the line. 90% of the time in Australia it means a write up in broadsheet (paid) or an influencer (paid) has done an piece there.
I follow the opposite rule. If there’s a line, it’s not locals, it’s tourists. Tourists love to line up for shit.. they see a line and think “IT MUST BE GOOD” and line up without even knowing what they’re lining up for
@@carynkowalewsky7723 but he’s talking about choosing WHERE to dine. If he’s from the US, then culturally it would probably be very similar to Australia, which is where the video was taken. This trick seems more useful in a place with a different language and/or drastically different culture.

It’s the complaints line
No cafe food is worth 45 minutes when 2 minutes is right next door
Josiah in Australia go to where tradies & truckies eat..it will be the best..stay safe❤
As an Australian, I could not agree less with this. Unless you want a meat pie or a chiko roll from a petrol station.
As an Aussie, if you’re in a city and see a massive line good chance it’s no good, city people congregate together even if the coffee or food is bad
Follow the sheeple.
Port Elliot Bakery, South Australia. Eggs benedict pie...dayum.
Thats why i always use the ladies restroom
This is the worst way to choose a place to eat in Australia and almost guarantees you will be extremely disappointed 😂
I like a line as much as the next bloke but I avoid queues
I've started saying to my kids ,"hey....jesus loves you baby" and as a non religious family they look at me real funny.😂
is this satire?
Sheeple will be sheeple
First time out?
ok but Hong Kong would be harder to understand as an American than Australia would.
I just get the menu and point to the pictures or the staff have handed their phone to me and I typed what I wanted and translated to their language.
