    I have the aqua pro Vac and it’s seems like it’s being pushed by a lot of UA-cam detailers. The thing isn’t special I’ve been having it for 3-4 months now and a lot of the plastics components from the trigger to the button that latches on to the machine has broken or about to break. I recommend if you’re starting out to go with the bissell pro spot cleaner and just save enough for a mytee lite 8070 or something.

    I made an extractor out of my Stanley 6hp shop vac. Works excellent. Fabric is almost dry after.

      I'm looking into doing that, have 6hp DeWalt, going to hook up a thinner hose and extractor adapter. How did you attach water hose?
      I'm thinking Maybe attach a pump sprayer with distilled water, tape it to hose?

    The one that I see is that a lot of youtubers are pushing this extractor as one of the “best bang for your buck” extractor. I don’t agree with them and it’s not right for that company to raise the price up 100 more after its popularity as raised. I would rather save more to get one that is better quality and can actually heat up the water. I mean, that’s just my opinion but all these detail youtubers are over hyping this product like crazy

      My only problem with it is the small tanks. Spend a lot of time filling and dumping when doing a full interior.

    • @alfonsorodriguez9537
      @alfonsorodriguez9537 3 роки тому +2

      I literally just got mine a month ago and the nozzle broke the other problem I have with it is that the tank is too small if you are running a business you don’t have time to be dumping out the tank and refilling every 10 minutes. Detail geek swears by it because he is a UA-cam detailer. UA-cam detailers like him make most of their money by revenue on you tube and not from his own detailing business. He’s a good detailer no doubt but in reality you can’t take 12-16 hours on a job regardless if it’s extremely dirty. when your running a business you need to be quick with the vehicles.

It was expensive but I’m happy with it. I’m new but I’d like to know is do clients mind if a detailer uses their water on a mobile detail. I'm honestly not trying to be a jerk so please don't take affense but , I just don't see any advantage to getting a non- heating carpet extractor when my wet/dry vac has the same if not more suction at removing the wet cleaning solution. I currently use a sprayer to apply a cleaning solution then I agitate with a drill brush and then use my wet/ dry vac to remove the wet solution. In your opinion what do I gain by getting the aqua carpet extractor???? Thanks for your answer! 🙂

  • @daveh3302
    @daveh3302 4 роки тому +2

    There are so many of videos just like this recommending people spend 5 or 6 hundred dollars for a carpet extractor. Sure they are nice but I would argue that you can easily build an extractor that is just as good if not better with a 14 gallon Ridgid vacuum and a few accessories off Amazon and Harbor Freight. It will certainly hold much more water and cost less than half the price.

I have a Mytee 8070 3 and I’ve had a bissell for 3 weeks now and haven’t used the mytee at all, just don’t need it, there’s nothing that the bissell can’t get out, and I doubled the hose length on my bissell so I can leave it out of the car and extract the interior. Don't think $500 on an extractor is necessary. If you use a drill brush, CG Lightning Fast or even SuperClean, along with the Bissell Spotclean Pro you mentioned, you'll get the exact same results. The Bissell is like $160 or something...cheaper end? I don't think so. I've used it on 20+ cars and have had fantastic results each and every time.
