    Goal is to get this eventually. As for now I’m using a Bissell 3624 Spot Clean Professional. It’s working great so far.

    Bought this 5 years ago with the upholstery shear dry tool. Along with a vx 5000 steamer I even hooked up a carpet 2 jet wand to it and its decent for that as well. One key point is it needs a dedicated 20 amp circuit to operate on otherwise you have to shut the heat off for 15 amp operation

    I love these. I am just a DIY guy but lots of use around the house and clean some car interiors for some extra cash. Just getting by the price point here in Canada. Been using a cheap spot cleaner. The little green one. But never feel I get out enough solution. If I had one of these ai would just put some handles on it.

    I own 2 larger extractors. One has a diaphragm pump like the one yours probably has. I hear yours running when it's not spraying water. It's not supposed to do that. Those are on demand pumps. It should turn off when your not using it. You need to adjust the pressure switch so it turns off. On the other end of the spectrum my Dominator has a 250psi piston pump that doesn't turn off. It has a pressure relief valve so it recirculates back into the clean water tank. When those diaphragm pumps run all the time it's real hard on the little valves in them. I know from experience.

    This does require a 20 amp fuse circuit to operate, I believe. That could be a negative in some situations. Not all circuits are 20 amps, 15 amp being a bit more common.

    • @georgebarrett2179
      @georgebarrett2179 2 місяці тому +1

      If you're working with a car try and take the seats out when cleaning so you can clean all sides and allow them to dry outside. Obviously don't leave the seats out in extreme heat , they will be dampish but nothing crazy. Leave windows down if you don't take the seats out. All the water / steam you put down will be extracted if you pass over them as you spray once you make all your passes feel free to make some dry runs over where you think you may have over spray. Bc the water / steam is 210 degrees it's not leaving much water down. Steam is better than saturating it in water. Water in upholstery or carpet in cars that are not completely extracted when saturated in water could turn to mold.
