Takes some balls to even try to go there and cover this. Let alone being a female and trying to do it in that country. Hats off

As an Iranian, I am in aw of your journalism. I am very grateful for your honesty and your fearless spirit that you made viewers truly feel how they lie to your face and in the back send some people to hold guns on your heads.

"they are against reality" what an awesome quote

  • @arman4440

As a young Iranian in Iran who participated in the same demonstrations you were taken away from, your journalism has left me speechless.

  • @Brendissimo1

This feels like classic VICE. Walk right into the hornet's nest and try and politely ask all the questions you know they don't want to you to, talk to the people they don't want you to, and see the things they don't want you to.

Isobel Young’s fearlessness as a journalist will always leave my jaw dropped. Incredible bravery and work in this video, I hope the women in Iran find freedom one day 👏💔

  • @bustlingbeast

Ive never seen Isobel so shaken - and she's been in all kinds of situations; cartels, drug wars, stages of state destabilization. This must have been a truly terrifying situation.. Thank you for bringing this to us. The team here deserves nothing but the highest of accolades for their journalistic courage.

as an Iranian teenager who is going through this, I'm so glad I have my Iranian friends who don't leave me alone. I'm also thankful to my men who are supporting our women in these tough days. in the recent protests we saw and felt everything. I felt the heat of my same-ages' blood on my skin. now I know what my goal is. to escape from Iran. I literally hate to be in the middle east. just take a look at Iran's elite schools or top universities, none students want to stay here. they all study hard to migrate. it's so heartbreaking to say in our country success is to migrate 🥲

Like a forest fire that wipes out the old trees to make room for new growth, bearish periods ultimately establish a new crop of stocks to buy and watch while setting the stage for a robust new uptrend.I have been reading articles of people that grossed profits up to $250k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?

  • @monicaavila699

“Signing a pledge, it is not losing anything. I think our generation will overcome the system eventually. Just not right now.” What a powerful and aware statement. To be patient, even if it is difficult. To not give up, just because things are not changing immediately, doesn’t mean they never will. I truly believe laws will be broken and it'll be because of our generation.

  • @Thoughtflux

One doesn't walk into a theocratic country and talk about freedom & liberty. Hats off to her & the crew!

  • @Black_flg

as an Iranian , I know it takes a great courage to come to Iran am truly grateful for your bravery. although they stopped you and you showed only a small part of this massive oppression and killings but I hope this could be another evidence for international communities to be our voice and help us through this revolution

You can see in these videos, that even those happy, you can see in the back that some look terrified. Like in the group of boys, the crowds. It is terrible. It's actually quite terrifying, watching the government official at the end. Her smile, like the reporter is a silly child, who will one day learn what's best for her. Well done Vice for undercovering this.
