  • Diamond is a pure form of carbon in which each carbon atom is joined to four other carbon atoms by strong covalent bond in a tetrahedral structure.
Diamond erases all the materials but no one erases it. The diamond does not conduct electricity. Diamond shines brightly (fire of diamond) it decomposes the rays of the light which penetrates it and sends it out by the facetted. And for that, the diamond is considered as a precious stone by excellence because it is pure and uncolored.
All the application of industrial diamond is based on its hardness. Diamond is used to cut off or saw very hard materials, glasses for example and in making drills with scissors. And more frequently, saws of sizes are covered with diamond.
