Just want to say thank you for all your videos on posture, assymetry, and especially for not just giving the solutions but explaining the biomechanics. I’ve seen a lot of improvement with your videos.
I think I started developing anterior pelvic tilt to try and make it easier to carry ny heavy backpack during school! So it makes perfect sense that this posture was trying to shift my center of mass forward
Heyz Conor. I’m working through your No BS APT program and on week 5. While it does provide some relief and correction, my body always reverts back. I’m following the program religiously but a bit discouraged.
I think if it took years for you to have that posture it will take years or a long time to correct it. I think you have to be mindful of your posture and correcting it when Mos balance happens
@@5679791 Tbh i just think thats a cop out for PTs out there. If you cant fix an injury/postural issue within 6 months the program is massively flawed.
Brought my body back (from PEC) and at last I dont have pain in my back. However my head stayed forward and though I never had any neck problems now it constantly hurts. What should I do? Is this common? Your videos are absolutely amazing. Never thought that I would stop having back pain! Thanks for making me hopeful again.
The triangular spot between your shoulder blades up to the neck and the upper abs work together. The abs go toward the back and the neck by use of the upper back should be easier to straighten and doing so also supports the abs

It’s interesting you say that the weight is in the forefoot. Because I have a severe APT and my weight is almost always in my heels. I have trouble getting into my forefoot and pushing through my toes.
Thanks a lot 😊 is there anything you can add about stacking while sitting? Since your cant stack your heels there. Its hard for me not not tilt my hip sitting
@conorharris ok but like moderate weights probably cause I've been lifting for years but I'm so stiff and jacked up stuck in the pattern in pain in this state would you still say to lift or focus on the program till the stiffness and pain from being stuck starts to improve?
Hey connor i am in egypt so i cant visit ur facility but i have a question should i add the goblet squat excercise to my routine and not do corrective excercise without weights from ur previous videos or should i do both?
Conor or anyone pls answer me this, I have pooch belly from APT and it looks like my lower belly has a stomach of its own. Will this fix my pooch belly?? Pls someone answer I’m been trying to fix this for the last 3 years 😭😭😭
Hi Conor. Important question here. I saw that you recommend IR bias 90/90 wall push exercise for A.P tilt. If a person has tight adductors and weak ER muscles and limited ER ROM, because of A.P tilt, would you still give IR bias wall push? Thanks you!
I suck my stomach in all the time to fix my posture and it is so bad restricting the amount of air i breathe how can i fix it stop automatically sucking my stomach in
work more on exhalation, not just sucking in your stomach that doesn’t really do to much on correcting core musculature/posture . on your exhale you should feel your inner core muscles working bringing your rib cage down slightly
It's probably two areas that need to work together. Your top abs should be pulled toward the back and the trianglular spot between the shoulder blades and up to the bottom of the neck both support each other
I fell down from the tree, my right side glute bone top side hitting the rock, at an instant my breething stopped, slowly my I breathing restored, my body got the blow inside severely, may be slip disc happened, scoliosis is also there, what to do, it all happened 40 years back, I am still suffering.

Focus on gripping the floor with the toes. It takes time

I think it can help a lot if you properly incorporate these principles!

How do you work the upper back without getting into extension? (all the muscles around the scapula)
Thank you very much.
i am kind of falling behind when i put myself in the right position. do I take it as a good sign as im so used to leaning forward?
I feel my atp is so severe if I get my pelvis level my upper kyphosis has me hunched forward.
yooo the video ended early????
I got a question, why does it look like my upper rib is popping out by my chest and makes my chest look weird? Need this removed.
Hello, please take off the exercises for the back extensors. They are severely overstressed.I don't know how to relax.
1:58 Why couldn't he just say grip the ground with your heel, big toe and little toe?

Is your new Symmetric Strength Program complementary to your Body Restoration Program, or an evolution of it?

you learned traditional chinese internal art?
FYI yes. Accurate assessment.
But here is a question: why are we leaned forward like that?
Shoes. Is the answer.

How is this impacted for those with large breasts?
