This is a stage from the 3rd day of the World Shoot - the Olympics in the handgun shooting discipline. In order to participate in the World Shoot you must be one of the top 4 shooters in your category and country. Then you have earned the right to compete against some of the best shooters in the world.
This stage is a short course involving steel targets that fall and some paper targets at distance. The challenge with this stage is to enter the port without sweeping yourself with the gun and gain a stance that balances you to shoot the small plates through the port. A good score involves minimal extra shots and no missed targets.
It's common to have a stage like this that forces you to shoot in a certain way - in this case, strong-hand only. Missing the rope or having a bad stance will cost valuable points. Its a lot harder than it looks.
