I feel horrible and lonely. I am gonna have Divorce soon. My mind is wandering in the past and always in guilt. It makes me more morose. How to tackle this mindset..?
Rahul Bhagat I would join a divorce support group or go to counseling... give yourself time to grieve, time to get stronger, then you will like your company in time but of course you can’t always be by yourself. It took me 3 years to get stronger after a breakup. Exercise, classes, seeing friends, traveling, walking in nature and doing for others, plus getting a dog helped, meds.

To some extend it is ok. But I dnt agree with you at all. What kind of philosophy is that you are preaching? We are social being we are for one another.we can't live alone without the other.
