Thanks Raven. That was great for core. I do alot of swimming, running, yoga and weights, so short workouts like this really aid core strength. The back stretches are a nice add on as I do an office job

This was great ❤ and yes to Kesha 😂 I recked my back while gardening last weekend 🙄 and I think the problem was I didn’t at all use my abs. Two time c-section mama and this workout was perfect 🙏🏼❤️
