Raven, thank you so much for doing these! I just turned 34 in January and have been wanting to find some form of workout routine to get me back in shape since my knee surgery 3 years ago. My knee took a lot longer to heal since covid shut everything down exactly one week after my two back to back surgeries. Netflix must have been reading my mind and knew I was getting down on myself. I just to decided to start watching Love is Blind one day, and Netflix decided to start me off on season 3! I went to Pilates classes 5 times a week 10 years ago, absolutely LOVED it, and you reminded me of that in the show! I'm sorry this comment is so long, but I really wanted to express my gratitude towards you! Wishing you the best and all the happiness you deserve! 🩵

Could you please do a wrist/elbow free workout? I loved this one but had to pause my Pilates studio membership due to my worsening tennis elbow and so I've been using your videos instead but having to omit all the moves requiring strain on my elbow!

Hello Raven! I watched you on Netflix not too long ago, and I heard you talking about your fitness line and decided to give it a try. I've been in athletics since I grasped the ability to talk, meaning I'm so used to working out in group settings or conditioning/working out because I have no other choice to lol. Now that I am out of high school, I found it hard to find that motivation I had to workout in high school. I say all this to say, your videos definitely encouraged me again! Great content girly! This is my husbands account because he has ad free 👀 anyway I prefer shorter workouts because I like to combine 2 or 3 of them for a full body. It’s less intimidating to get through one at a time rather than go into one super long one.
yesterday i was jumping outside, a little sun and sunglasses ;-) and 7 km i jump on the road, upside the rushhour and peoples. but road. in my natur i need 4 km and than i m in the forest. its to cold and soggy for me... and today clean flat. tomorrow i will start with this. than heavy equipment time for muscle building. chest and legs. and in pilates i make allways more core and more abs. but this is one day later with stretching my plan. i have 4 time in week my sport, or 5 time. and i look more and more better... i m old, and with twenty i have a bad figur, than today. a badder. i was always smal, not fat. but this what i now have ist perfect. i loose belly fat. oh... i eat only dark schokolade. and no bread... and start whit müsli... and sellerie kapseln. brokkoli kapsel my day with vit. c ;-) this kombination ist important. because: glutathion (in green vegetable and potatoes..koriander.. ist very best think in, but they cant make a good job, without vit. c) many people have an enzym defekt in glatathion record /work... and you can bottom and fix your body with sport and this combination. i look better than for 30 years
This was amazing! I’m usually very active however I had surgery in August and just haven’t been able to push myself since as my workouts were very vigorous and aggressive but needed something gentle but still intense to ease me back in and your videos have been so helpful in getting me back into my fitness lifestyle! I also find I’m usually exhausted after a workout but your workouts I feel are effective and increase my energy!
