But his italian is very fluently .I heard an interview in Italian chanel just in italian .I speak italian he was very fluently with a nice italian pronunciation. I guess he lived in Iraly I guess his first wife was from Italy.

Videomagnet06 • That’s the whole point. He plays someone who doesn’t speak Portuguese. If you look at the subtitles they are also incorrect English to show that he’s still making mistakes in Portuguese. In the movie he’s learning Portuguese.

As a Brazilian, I didint find the Portuguese of Colin firth too bad, really. I find weird Portuguese from Portugal so maybe he is bad but I find out pretty much ok.
Or maybe I’m just a fan after all, I have a literal poster of him….
