Iodine foot soaks with a combination of 50/50 apple cider vinegar and water body rinse from neck down helps my boy a lot

To treat or prevent infections of the paws, I use povidone iodine and green tea. I’ll dilute the povidone iodine in some water, dip each paw in for a minute or so, and then pat them dry. I’ll sometimes do the same with strong green tea.
I shave the paws too, so it’s easier to keep them dry and clean.
I do also use coconut oil for many things.
I also use a paw butter when the paws get really dry from having to clean them with shampoo daily in the spring. Those pesky oil spills from cars are a pain.

I e been doing this with my pug fur years 😅 but she’s 16 pounds lol 😆 not 160! I use Walmart brand (Parents Choice) 900 package bulk for 17$. Saves soooo much money. Works wonders! So glad to see you mimicking my routine, with BIG dogs
I prefer to use othe all natural wipes which is why they are a little more pricey. I try to use organic or all natural wherever I can with things.
What kind of coconut oil do you use for the dogs. What kind of dog wipes do you use

I do think the may have a future in you both helping with human relationships as well as dogs.
I use Kirkland baby wipes from Costco…do dog wipes have a special formula that’s better for dogs?
