Comparing ourselves to others can be a way to either grow or stay in lack. Watching this episode helped me to see what ways I too am doing this in my life. As moms so much depends on us and the way we value or devalue ourselves. The more we respect ourselves, love and value ourselves the less we will fall into the comparison traps.

I am so guilty of that, saying to my daughter: you only love your dad, you prefer him. I left her dad due to emotional abuse from him to me.
And it’s so hard indeed.

I loved the lesson from the first case, I feel that it's so powerful to realize that by being present a situation/interaction/relationship can totally turned around. To be present is much more powerful than having all the money in the world❤.
