Thank you and the way you explain things is so simple and "to the point"...every year you speak even better or I resonate better with it 😅 I went on yelling detox 4 years ago and now with my 8yo son...I'm the one who can understand if he yells at his brother. We still have some power struggles but this what you say about yelling is absolutely no.1 step. ❤❤❤ Thank you for being present online for all these years

My daughters 13 and 10 also have power struggles with each other. I can totally relate to Paloma!
Also, Paloma, forgive yourself for pulling your daughter’s hair. I can relate too. I really appreciate the honesty!

How wonderful to give us compassion for ourselves so that we can heal for children it's a little late for me minus 38 can you speak to raising a child on your own and traits and characteristics that remind you of the father very prominently that you tried to change or make her aware of and now it's driven a wedge yeah it's some basic things about behavior of being clean and not snapping and cutting off conversations and arrogance I wonder if it's better for children to be around the parents that was missing so that they can see the traits and not be like them versus the impact of a hurtful neglectful parent. It's narcissism a trait that is inherited I see it strong in my parents

Thank you for sharing. Focus on understanding, not changing, traits that remind you of the other parent. Narcissism can be influenced by both genetics and environment. Healing yourself can help strengthen your relationship.🌟
