Fun Fact- The human brain in a robobrain is just used as an organic CPU, the mind once attached to it isn't supposed to be present. Though the lore is kind of inconsistent on that point. I'm think it CAN be a brain in a jar attached to a robot body, but generic robobrains are just mindless robots.

Well... I mean, the Automatron DLC pretty much lays it out. They wipe the brains, but they keep having trouble with the brains reasserting their old personalities and memories.

No tracks or legs for mine. They all have the Mr. Handy levitation. Keeps them from getting hung up on most things or stuck in doorways if they chase after Raiders trying to destroy them.
@kennethfharkin same. I also build sentry bots for settlement defense. Nothing ruins a raiders day more than going up to a settlement with only minimal defenses expecting an easy mark. Then you hear the terrifying sound of a sentry bot starting up, and this massive tank kitted out in heavy hydraulic armor rolls around the corner sporting 2 gattling lasers and 2 mini nuke launchers. As far as I can tell, the basic Mr. Handy would have had either a Flamer or a Laser, but both functioned as multi-tools. The Flamer could be anywhere from full on light the room, down to precision cutting/welding torch, to lighting birthday candles. On the other hand (ha), the laser would be capable of anything from precision bug zapping, to full combat laser and anything in between, including use for precision tree/hedge trimming, and maintenance tasks. Bolt can't be stuck if it's been turned into a cloud of metal vapor.

FYI when you create a robot, it isn't protected like your normal companions. But, if you make them a companion and then dismiss them, they retain their protected status and won't die to a random attack on the road (Assuming you make them a provisioner).
@@Donlugo11 Your settlers are "essential", and can only be killed by you, and yes, you can kill them accidentally, so never use explosive weaponry while within your settlements, or you may end up fighting all of your settlers, as they don't like it when you kill their friends.
Id like to add that full sentry bots are ideal for settlement defence, they dont need to travel long distances, are literal bricks of armor and guns, and when they overheat other settlement defences can give them cover untill they resume their rampage, and if you get fed up with them getting stuck, swapping the sentry legs for robobrain tracks tends to solve most pathing issues. Also dont sleep on thier melee abilites, sure they dont hit as hard as an assultron, but its still very hard with a proper melee weapon and thier sheer bulk means they can even go toe to toe with the likes of yaio gui. Also, if your someone who has access to power armor or other means of carrying large loads yourself, a pure assaultron is an excellent protector to have by your side when outfitted with melee weapons and the head laser, them running into melee tends to keep a lot of the heat off your back, so they are even better suited for those who prefer ranged combat. Also, about that head laser, dont worry about the assaultron's bad sensors making it miss, it wont, it appears the laser module comes with its own set of targeting sensors which are second to none, but due to being directly integrated into the head laser they cannot link with any other ranged weapons.
Sentry bots make for wonderful links between your settlements. Nothing makes my minuteman heart soar like knowing i've got a Sentry bot plying the trade lanes between every settlement. They keep my commonwealth safe under my booted heel
My personal favorite is running an assaultron body with a robobrain head and sentrybot gatling. Makes for a fantastic wingman in a fight and can easily move around indoors.
I think Mr. Handy has an energy weapon for home defense, yeah? If these things can care for young and feed/clean us, I think an obvious big draw would be the robot can defend the home
The fully armoured mister handy actually has even more armour points than the fully armoured sentry bot. The latter really needed a higher armour rating. That background malfunctioning protectron was a mirthful nod to the pathing issues. And nice conception of having the robot provisioner capable of perceiving only at mid range -- good idea.
You’ve come so far grey us og viewers are so proud of you and your channel I’ve been watching since your first video and It’s been amazing watching your quality and your channel grow. I remember saying after watching your first video “this guys going to be someone”. Keep up the great work grey
I always build my provisioners to have robo tracks, sentry torso with double fatman shoulders, double laser gatling, and protectron head with the paralyzing head armor. Anything that doesn't die to the fatman nukes get chain stunned by the gattling lasers + protectron head combo.
For melee battlebots i like to use Mr Handy torso, center eye, assaultron arms, dual hammersaws, assaultron legs, and whatever armor provides and pumps up bleed damage. Melts through deathclaws and behemoths like a hot knife through butter, and something about that configuration pretty much completely stops it being staggered. For more rounded but less specialized battlebots, i like to use the assaultron body and limbs, robobrain head, gatling laser on the left arm (robots favour their left arm), and assaultron shock claw on the right; with voltaic armour. Great range, great damage, an all around good companion.
A surprisingly good combo for a robot companion is to use protectron arms and torso with robobrain tracks, this gives enough carrying capacity and health to be helpful in pretty much every situation. For the head and weapons it depends on the combination, as automatic weapons work best with sentry heads, so it doesn't try to spry things at sniper distances, while the robobrain head works best with single shot weapons, so it misses a lot less. Personally I always recommend weapons that allow armor on the hands, so you can have a bit extra armor and carrying capacity, but that's just personal preference.
A fully-voltaic armored Mr. Handy with two Sentrybot arms capped off with dual gatling lasers, along with three Mr. Handy arms wielding saws, is the closest thing to perfection you can get in this game. Fast, agile, tanky, godly dps. Can go anywhere, kill anything, and shrug off aggressive Deathclaws like they're level 1 Radroaches. The only downside is it'll frequently kill everything hostile before you get a chance to finish aiming down sights, making combat a little too easy. The voltaic armor increases the damage of energy weapons, and you can fit a LOT of voltaic armor on this thing. Don't forget to armor the thruster. Turn Codsworth into Godsworth, because this thing'll smite groups of high-level enemies faster than an angel of death. I can fathom no downsides to relying solely on these, and no upsides to ever choosing anything else.
@@magilviamax8346 The carrying capacity may not be on the same level as a Protectron, which seems purpose-built for carrying, but it's still well beyond any of your non-robot companions. He carries a lot.

Grey, your commonwealth contractor series and complete-ish guides have seriously provided me a ton of motivation to begin a new playthrough and trek across the wasteland!
Fun fact about assaultron head laser: despite the overall horrendous accuracy of the assaultron head, the laser SPECIFICALLY seems to have a pinpoint accuracy as long as the targets are within assaultron's cone of vision when it's body locks in. It can even switch between targets during a single blast, killing multiple targets if their health is low enough.
I agree. I really like the in lore perspective and enjoyed the video. But as far as gameplay, if you just read the menus and pop-ups you already know this stuff.
you want a name for the best settlement bot? I just call em a Mr. Flexy. More flexible than a Mr. Handy or a Mr. Gutsy, so Mr. Flexy or Mrs. Flexi if you give your bot a loving lady persnality and voice modulator. Just don't do what our shop mechanic did and make a personal one named Irene.
Thank you for making this video. I have never really thought about the various pros and cons in the manner that you have discussed here. So this is really useful information for me and will become a useful tool when it comes to designing future automatrons to service the needs of my settlements.
Last time I did a playthrough, all of my settlements were connected via sentry provisioners, and I built them to be heavily armed much like you did, with heavy weapons and armor but good carrying capacity. They, along with the rebuilt Minutemen patrols, basically constituted a patrolling peacekeeping force throughout the Commonwealth, and I often heard them taking out entire encampments of raiders/gunners/etc in the distance
I pretty much exclusively use automatons as provisioned. And if you have enough settlements it's really easy to stumble across a hulking sentry bot provisioner as you wander around sometimes the red light and gunfire in the distance scares you too
I make really cheap provisioners, mainly because I avoid using human ones, but get/connect all the settlements. Build a basic unit, slap on a Mr. Handy thruster, add the cheapest ranged weapon on one arm, paint them a color noticeable from a distance (usually white or pink), and send them on their way!
The final Mr. Handy is close to your best option for companion work - stack two gatling lasers on it and use the armor that boost energy damage and you are good to go for the fastest, hardest hitting option that can follow you around without hanging up on everything. You could just use those and nothing else (though they are pricy to build just to have as provisioners, but they will clean up the commonwealth for a survival playthrough where you want clean roads to run on). For provisioners, you can just use basic unmods as they don't HAVE to be anything special. If you are going to make them damage dealers, then the system he has works well enough - but consider cheaper, shorter range arm options like cyro and flamer. Those have pretty awesome damage potential when on a companion. The face blaster works well as a longer range option so you can afford the shorter range for the arms (and they seem to shorten up the agro range as well). I've seen assaultron melee builds that COULD pile on the damage in an encounter, but the reality is that what you are working against the most is the game's pathfinding. Having legs instead of thrusters and no range means that you will never have an effective build that is melee because getting to the enemies will be thwarted. You want a floating gunship if you want that companion to be worth having around you.
just love it when 10 plus robots in one settlement find a random raider that was just about to attack, and then he is made into dust by how many lasers are going
My standard config is very similar to your Mr. Handy, except I put saws on all of the thruster arms, and use gatling lasers instead of snipers. It is unofficially known as the "Kill Stealer 9000", but its official designation is "Steve".
I have a load of robots working as defenders in the castle and whenever a new defend the castle quest comes on I see how the robots perform and if one is performing notably well I modify it giving it a unique paint and title. So far a meleecentric assaultron wiped a load of coursers and synths during the first defend the castle quest she was rewarded with the new title of "Gaurdian" . And recently a sentry bot with a robobrain core blew away a good portion of the brotherhood so he earned the title of "Ward" I am very proud and every settlement will have a unique robot attendee.
My current game has robot provisioner hubs radiating outwards from GreyGarden, The Mechanists Lair, and Hangman's alley. I find it very satisfying hearing my heavy provisioner death machines laying waste to raiders, and super mutants living around Hangman's. I always got annoyed that my settlers would take a stroll around the block, and aggro the locals. Now I just park a robot workbench near the open entrance so even fat-assed sentry bot parts can path in and out. Having those three areas spewing out robot, splits up the map pretty good, and focuses the happiness hit to only those places. I also had a ton of parts from the stupid amount of Rust Devil spawns that crop up while exploring. I do think that having a hovering robot provisioner floating over to Spectacle Island does make sense vs a loaded up brahmin.
After I reach settlement population cap I make a army of sentrybots equip them with fat man launchers and gatling lasers and use them for provisioners. I love exploring the wasteland and suddenly hear or see a mininuke go off in the distance from my roving armored columns.
No love for the Voltaic frame parts? :) I love the way they look, and I can spot my provisioners from a pretty good distance. It helps with not confusing them with the Rust Devils I'm sniping :)
One of my go-to options for settlement defense is a sentry bot with a robobrain head, usually outfitted with two grenade launchers or explosive miniguns and shoulder-mounted fat man launchers. I made it my standard-issue artillery unit after taking one such bot on a field test. We were only raiding outdoor spots for obvious reasons and that's where the thing shined. Heck, it even managed to steal my kills where there is an unfinished high rise infested by super mutants. We were on the ground level and my bot managed to annihilate those inhabiting the upper stories before I got a chance to get up close to them. For CQC my obvious choice is an assaultron with its designated blades and a laser. Some foes tend to get too close for artillery units to be efficient, plus there's Vault 88 and the castle where the synth eventually teleport inside the walls of. Both options get clad in full sets of hydraulic armor for maximum protection and aesthetic purposes (the towing hooks on the sentry bot rear legs make me imagine these tanks as capable cargo haulers and even artillery tractors). Every now and then I also make sentry bots with gatling lasers, full sets of electric armor and jangles' heads for maximum energy damage.
My favored build for a companion is Protectron Legs and Mr Handy torso. The carrying capacity on the legs is nice, but it's actually the incredibly simple Protectron combat protocol that I like the most. It will simply walk forward while blasting at targets. No time wasted on maneuvering, unlikely to get in your way, and a more or less constant stream of fire. Combine that with a high accuracy head like a Mr Handy eye and it just scythes through everything at range. Load it up with Voltaic Armor for even more damage. You could use a Robobrain head for accuracy, but I don't like the Mesmetron in combat. Also the vibes on the whole tortured human brain thing aren't great.
I always loved Automatron, and the fact that the game doesn't work before the next gen patch if you have it installed sucks big time. Such a cool video with interesting details and tidbits, it shows the level of research that went into documenting all the possibilities. Also... FAT MAN SHOULDER MOUNTS?!?!?
I know for my robots I usually build them according to 3 types. Workers, fighters, and travelers. Workers are either basic protectron or Mr handy bots with little to no armor or upgrades. They are designed to be a workhorse, and a workhorse only. Fighters are either asultrons or securitrons built around crowd control with little to no care for carry capacity or mobility. They are built for defending bases and attacking anything that might pose a threat to a settlement. Travelers are a hodgepodge of assaltrons, robo brains, and Mr handys that are equally a hodgepodge of range, capacity, and damage while all having mobility be its key necessity. They are built to be companions and provisioners with a focus again a being able to go anywhere.
Robobrain tracks, Mr Handy torso + center eye for long range and accuracy, one side mounted gatling lazer (or other lazer weapons as available). The Robotank. Extremely fast, hard hitting, spots and engages targets at long range. Perfect for -provisioning- _pacifying_ the Commonwealth. At one point had 50+ criss-crossing the map, nothing hostile stood a chance. Just constant fights going off in the distance, running across bodies or seeing them flying up and down roads. Don't forget to recruit as a companion to flag them as protected.
My now go to companion I have now named ‘’gym bro’ is a sentry bot that basically brings death to all- strapped with 2 fat man cannons (I know they break easy but it’s hella funny seeing a gang of raiders get absolutely obliterated but some robot called gym bro)
bruh the lopsided loony is surprisingly good. i've been using them as provisioners years ago when i did my first playthrough. usually a shishkebab hand with a laser something on the other. easy to spot at night too. the fact that it's flying reduces the risk of it getting stuck on terrain
[X] Constructing a robot to provide support fire. [✓] Constructing a robot to carry all the purified water I use to fund my ammo and fusion core needs. I usually opt for 2 configurations. Like yourself, I too settled on a Mr. Handy type configuration with 2 eyes swapped for fire support. I opted for Gatling Lasers. The armor I used was anything that increased energy damage. If I'm dungeon diving, this is my robot of choice. Usually Codsworth is configured this way. My other robot is a Sentry bot mule optimized purely for carry capacity. I still mount a Minigun and Gatling Laser with 2 shoulder mounted Fatman mortars. Since the mortars can malfunction, the arm weapons are standard type for reliability. I only use this for buying and selling, but if anything does decided to attack me. It doesn't for very long.
Mr handy thruster, robobrain head, sentry torso, laser gatling and explosive minigun arms, back mounted twin cluster bombers. Bam, now you have the Mr Tanky
I always make some sort of hovering mellee beast. Hovering means it almost never gets stuck on stuff and im the man with the gun i want it to zoom up and tank while i be blastin! Great vid as always!
I feel like you forgot the main role like combat companion. Something with a good balance of damage/defence and carry weight. And u know can fit through doors
Robot provisioners was my best decision. Nothing better than being mid-fight and a fully kitted sentry bot rolls out of the treeline or an alley and just unloads into the enemies with laser gatlings and mortars.
thank you so much for the Super. it means so much that you're willing to directly support my content. I hope you have a wonderful day and following week.
Your fav build with two gatling lasers and the voltaic bits where available. All saws on the bottom. It's the ultimate Robo companion. You will struggle to get kills if they tag along. I love it too much. It's my absolute fav bot, hands down. For the ultimate, make Codsworth into that config and comedy ensues . . .
You can also maximise Melee damage if you want it as a companion. It can be a frontline melee tank to help deal with short ranged threats. Assaultron Laser head, (keeps it's range low, so it stays near you). And dual melee weapons with Assaultron arms to slap anything near you.
I created a bot with assaultron legs and sentry bot torso with deathclaw head. It was purely melee focused with a buzz saw right arm and assaultron left arm. I can't remember the specifics but it was a melee monster. Satisfying to see G30-R6E do his work.
I've been building your "Provisioner" as my default everyday bot since Automatron as "Braver", but with Sentry arms instead of robobrain arms, (Carry capacity and durability) all Hydraulic armor, and dual miniguns rather than a single one for the absurd medium-range advantage. He muels even in tight spaces, he tanks sewer sliders like he was hit with a gentle puff of air and then happily guns down accompanying marauders like they're nothing. He also takes down Behemoths on the regular. Did I mention this is Vanilla Hard?
I always build a mule bot with Sentry Bot legs, Protectron body, and dual railway spike gun arms so it makes choo choo sounds in combat. I paint it light blue and name it "Little Engine That KILLS."
my go to unit is assaultrons with blades, a handy thruster, and a robobrain head, the speed and engagement range make this combo pretty scary as long as it doesn't get surrounded, but it's hard to surround something that has its blades wet before your opponents know what happened, install these as provisioners and yeah, they'll get distracted by every threat along the way, but if they run the longest routes possible you can pretty effectively rely on them to keep the commonwealth clean
My daily driver back when was the Protectron head on an Assaultron torso with Protectron arms fitted with the red ~Space~ lasers and all that on Assaultron legs. All with factory armor and of course the ~Space~ paintjob.
To add a little conspiracy to the Robobrain lore, as your companion whenever they use the mesmotron attack it does home in on you(or maybe the closet organic being).
I personally have had the best experience with assaultrons. Adding robo brain torso boosts health and carry capacity making for a deadly ally who rushes enemies in melee range with the assaultron head laser being more than capable of handling ranged opponents. For armor and weapons I like to do for duel shish kabobs with the volteic armor for lots of energy damage. However, a warmonger armor plus the the sledge hammer saw blades works wonders as well.
For my companion and settlement protection bots, I normally go for the Robobrain head for the mesmatron attack, Sentry body for high hp and the 2 shoulder grenade launchers, Sentry arms for high hp again, Gatling laser and rocket launcher for arms and the Assultron legs for movespeed, they are both faster and provides more carry capacity than the mr. handy thruster. Then the Target system, so it can detect all nearby enemies and depending on my own carry capacity, I go either voltage for the extra carry or otherwise hydraulic armor for best protection (And sometimes bleeding dmg for the shoulder armor). It is an absolute fast moving killing machine, it looks wild and also have decent carry capacity and one of the best combat companions you can have. But it is very costly in materials, especially aluminum, gold and nuclear material.
One of the designs I use the most is what I call The Pentatron. It is the 5-armed Mr. Handy that was covered in the video (a pentapus as opposed to an octopus).
quite often I would have Robo brain treads and Mr. Handy torso, use sentry arms, 1 eye in the front and have minigun, lasers, and the long drills with Mr. handy armor to make it look like one of those probe droids in 'Star Wars episode 5', and it would look like, what I would think a mining robot might look like.
I would love to see the faces of my settlers when the massive robotic tank armed with dual rocket launchers and a face power laser and impossible to communicate with because he only speaks through cryptic dark beeping noises arrives to their shanty settlement.

On the other hand (ha), the laser would be capable of anything from precision bug zapping, to full combat laser and anything in between, including use for precision tree/hedge trimming, and maintenance tasks. Bolt can't be stuck if it's been turned into a cloud of metal vapor.
Make the third arm the greatest multi tool of all, a hand.

there. that's the guide. not grey's guide, mind you, but it'll at least get you a mobile robot companion, provisioner, etc...
Why not robobrain tracks tho?
@@nedimmrsic4650 Size, all what not flying or have assaultron legs are suck. It can stuck in small areas and the bigger target -the easier robot get hits, and unless it's your companion -it can perma die cuse of that. They not cheap.

hello rad master
FYI when you create a robot, it isn't protected like your normal companions.
But, if you make them a companion and then dismiss them, they retain their protected status and won't die to a random attack on the road (Assuming you make them a provisioner).
So would this work with any settler? To insure they won’t die during attacks especially from my own sentry bots lol
I just love making Codsworth into a weapon of mass destruction, with all his charm..

If these things can care for young and feed/clean us, I think an obvious big draw would be the robot can defend the home
making good robots is fo4 has a similiar feel to perfecting your spells in spellmaker in oblivion, love being a wasteland wizard

Buffsworth:
Sentry Everything, Mr Handy Torso. Have fun.
Heavily armed Sentry robots are the best provisioners, and if you create a bunch on the same route they are basically a patrolling force.
I agree. I use the same thing except for Assaultron Arms for the added melee damage.
Obviously the downside is carrying capacity due to the thruster.
@@magilviamax8346 The carrying capacity may not be on the same level as a Protectron, which seems purpose-built for carrying, but it's still well beyond any of your non-robot companions. He carries a lot.
@@ShirubaGamer Not true, at least in version 1.10.163 Codsworth carries 285 while Pipier 295 with a fully deep pocketed armor and with Sole Survivor strenght 10.

Obviusly Codsworth would be much stronger in battle but the game is sooo easy already in survival mode....
@@magilviamax8346 I feel like it shouldn't have to be pointed out that a "fully-voltaic Mr. Handy" isn't the same thing as base Codsworth, and has much more carry capacity. Please re-read my post. Grey, your commonwealth contractor series and complete-ish guides have seriously provided me a ton of motivation to begin a new playthrough and trek across the wasteland!
glad I can be a bad influence on people. :)
This feels more like a starter guide then a complete-ish guide.
emphasis on the "ish"... :)

I agree. I really like the in lore perspective and enjoyed the video. But as far as gameplay, if you just read the menus and pop-ups you already know this stuff.
Randomly got recommended this video and I already think I'll be revisiting this video in the future. Many thanks!
you want a name for the best settlement bot? I just call em a Mr. Flexy. More flexible than a Mr. Handy or a Mr. Gutsy, so Mr. Flexy or Mrs. Flexi if you give your bot a loving lady persnality and voice modulator. Just don't do what our shop mechanic did and make a personal one named Irene.
Thank you for making this video. I have never really thought about the various pros and cons in the manner that you have discussed here. So this is really useful information for me and will become a useful tool when it comes to designing future automatrons to service the needs of my settlements.
My robots are anywhere from a tank to a soda fountain
A Mr Handy wit ha single eye and no arms is the closest you can get to an eyebot. 😞

Or a buddy who IS a gun
I have hundreds of them as provisioners, and I think you did a great video lore wise and good for beginners as well.
I’ve only been playing for a month and I had no idea that building robots was a thing! This was a great video, thanks! 😄
7:36 Love the protectron trying to walk through the platform there
Edit: Nevermind, it's there the entire video, which is even worse
I love the sniper hoverbot idea i most likely will have to build a few of those after the next fallout 4 update.
After I reach settlement population cap I make a army of sentrybots equip them with fat man launchers and gatling lasers and use them for provisioners.
I love exploring the wasteland and suddenly hear or see a mininuke go off in the distance from my roving armored columns.
Won't Fatman nukes kill the provisioned bots?
@@TXAslingr No, provisioner robots are "essential", they only die if you kill them, either deliberately or accidentally.
No love for the Voltaic frame parts? :) I love the way they look, and I can spot my provisioners from a pretty good distance. It helps with not confusing them with the Rust Devils I'm sniping :)
I love the Flying Christmas Tree. Your Mr. Handy design, but with the Voltaic Armor on all areas.
I really wish I could have a swarm of eyebots to defend me
One of my go-to options for settlement defense is a sentry bot with a robobrain head, usually outfitted with two grenade launchers or explosive miniguns and shoulder-mounted fat man launchers.
I'd call it the Mr. Squiddy.
bruh the lopsided loony is surprisingly good. i've been using them as provisioners years ago when i did my first playthrough. usually a shishkebab hand with a laser something on the other. easy to spot at night too. the fact that it's flying reduces the risk of it getting stuck on terrain
Jet farming has a much better value to weight ratio over water farming.
18:50 reminds me so much of E101 Beta Mk II from Sonic's Adventure DX, I absolutely need to build one
Thanks!
thank you so much for the Super. it means so much that you're willing to directly support my content. I hope you have a wonderful day and following week.
Your fav build with two gatling lasers and the voltaic bits where available. All saws on the bottom. It's the ultimate Robo companion. You will struggle to get kills if they tag along. I love it too much. It's my absolute fav bot, hands down. For the ultimate, make Codsworth into that config and comedy ensues . . .
Robo brain head, tracks, sentry body and arms. Cluster bomb, gatling gun, laser gatling gun. Absolute beast
I always have issues with any robot without thrusters being a provisioner to Spectacle Island. It just doesn't seem to make sense that they can do it.
The protecteon is just like me, average in all areas and just works. 😅😊😮😢
I can’t go wrong with a decked out protectron, they were the backbone of most industries pre war so they’ll still keep getting work done after the war
Mr. Handy Torso and Eyes with Assaultron Legs gives you a tortured existence whose only means of combat is to twerk enemies to death.
I always build a mule bot with Sentry Bot legs, Protectron body, and dual railway spike gun arms so it makes choo choo sounds in combat. I paint it light blue and name it "Little Engine That KILLS."
When the Synth infiltrated your settlement but it is all robots.
my go to unit is assaultrons with blades, a handy thruster, and a robobrain head, the speed and engagement range make this combo pretty scary as long as it doesn't get surrounded, but it's hard to surround something that has its blades wet before your opponents know what happened, install these as provisioners and yeah, they'll get distracted by every threat along the way, but if they run the longest routes possible you can pretty effectively rely on them to keep the commonwealth clean
My daily driver back when was the Protectron head on an Assaultron torso with Protectron arms fitted with the red ~Space~ lasers and all that on Assaultron legs. All with factory armor and of course the ~Space~ paintjob.
Been having a lot of fun modifying Codsworth and Ada. Ada is basically an assaultron now, with laser sniper and buzzsaw.
I use Sentrybots for all my caravans, because sometimes it's fun to run into a friendly death machine, instead of an unfriendly one.
One of the designs I use the most is what I call The Pentatron. It is the 5-armed Mr. Handy that was covered in the video (a pentapus as opposed to an octopus).
16:44 Which one is created to be a death machine that can actually go through doorways?
quite often I would have Robo brain treads and Mr.
