    Nice one! I will definitely make this. (I always add boiling water to hot meat when cooking to prevent shrinkage. cold water shrinks the meat)

    If you want the best of all jollof rice, go to Gambia or Senegal. They're the original makers of jollof rice, there is a town there call Jollof where it's all started.

    Also, can you please tell how many cups of rice you used?

    • @DadasFoodCraveKitchen
      @DadasFoodCraveKitchen  2 роки тому

      That will depend on how many people you are cooking for. 1 cup of rice to two cups of water, but again, some rice take a lot of water, and some might be tricky at times depending on the brand. Thanks for watching. Appreciate it 🙏

    How much water to cook the meat

    • @DadasFoodCraveKitchen
      @DadasFoodCraveKitchen  2 роки тому +1

      Not much water at all. It all depends on how much you are making. Remember also that if you add too much water to cook the meat and the vegetable, then it might also be too much to cook the rice. Just eyeball everything. The more water, the less flavorful. Thank you for watching. Let me know how it turned out for you
