I'm an American, married to a 🇬🇲.. I already made chicken yassa, red pepper soup, jollof rice, chicken shawarma, thiebou yapp ak niebe, thiebou yappa bu curry, beef afra
Good to see you upload Dada, we missed you!… wow I have never seen the olives being cooked together with the thieb, that’s new to me! I bet it was tasty! I also love the broken rice for thieb! Mey ma y 😄.
If you want the best of all jollof rice, go to Gambia or Senegal. They're the original makers of jollof rice, there is a town there call Jollof where it's all started.
Hey, thank you for sharing, my Gambian friend served this to me once and it was the bomb. I will definitely try it. Is the snail dried or fresh. I'm so excited. I am Ghanaian. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
That will depend on how many people you are cooking for. 1 cup of rice to two cups of water, but again, some rice take a lot of water, and some might be tricky at times depending on the brand. Thanks for watching. Appreciate it 🙏
Not much water at all. It all depends on how much you are making. Remember also that if you add too much water to cook the meat and the vegetable, then it might also be too much to cook the rice. Just eyeball everything. The more water, the less flavorful. Thank you for watching. Let me know how it turned out for you

Nice one! I will definitely make this. (I always add boiling water to hot meat when cooking to prevent shrinkage. cold water shrinks the meat)
