I've been playing all day today, yesterday and the day before, moving around, jumping servers and I STILL haven't received a single OD 3 mission. Sooooooo.....
Have you completed the previous 2 weeks of missions? For sure? My understanding based on trying to piece some of this together is that if you're missing a previous week, it won't pop up.
I feel this one had potential to be a bit better or more interesting, but since the requirement to complete this is to show up and get the participation award at the end it was kind of sad. That combined with the fact you spent more time in QT than actually fighting kind of made it worse. I think a better solution would have been to have them staging in on planetary are and say, if 1-5 players show up, only 24 ships need to be taken out. For every 5-10 additional players to show up it should send reinforcements so when i show up in a small ship with an Atlas qt drive 4 minutes in, I have a chance to see a fleet battle.

i def found staying in one AO was the way to go, unless you have a very quick QT

Yeah, with the random death shown in the clip, it was over before I could get back. So, oh well.
