    I tried it yesterday but instead of white vinegar I used apple cider vinegar and alhamdolillah it turned out amazing.

      @@aiyshafayaz6682 lemon will make this cheese harder than needed. Acetic acid and citric acid are two different organic compounds...
      I've spoiled mine with lemon and it turned out to be regular white cheese. 😑😂

      I used full cream milk packet. Is it because of that, I didn't get the stretch in the cheese? Also the cheese came out in pieces and not like a lump as yours

    Dear Ms Benazir, Thank you for this demonstration. When I reached the stage of stretching the curd by dipping into hot water with salt, instead of stringy it turned into a ricotta type pasty texture. Can you tell me what I did wrong? thank you very much.

      It happens because ofonly one reason. Milk neeeds to be at perfect temperature otherwise high heat will turnit into paneer or ricotta cheese. Flavor and texture becomes different too

    I have tried making this exactly like the video it was all going well, the curd form from milk also done it but when I put the cheese in hot water and then tried to pull then it didn't stretch it keep on breaking and in last it was looking like a paneer can somebody tell where I was wrong in the process

      The milk should be just slightly warm when we curdle it..this happens when u heat up the milk more than required

      Yes, same thing happened to me.. In this video the cheese that aunty had made is white but at the of video the stretching cheese is yellowesh... LOL

    What not to do: do not take the cheese lump out of hot water before 10-12 seconds. And don’t overdo the stretching.

      She has explained temperature of milk has to be checked with poking finger in it. when ur finger feel hotness after poking at that point turn off the flame and add vinegar step by step..
