great video. you really showed everything necessary to see i think.
something that might help you with filming is a magswitch and a gooseneck to mount the camera to so you can just magnet it to a piece of iron then bend it into position so you can use both hands. i don't do youtube but i use that for recording how i took things apart so i can get them back together again if i forget. i sometimes leave projects half apart for a long time.

Hey i open my trans today and a small spring with a plastic piece with a ball fall out can you tell me which direction it goes

The spring goes toward the transmission metal.
