- Join us here in Wisconsin as we get hit with one of the biggest snowstorms we have had in a long time. Plenty of snow, lots of wind, and tons of problems. I lost count of how many times we got stuck in the snow but it was a lot. Snowplowing is EASS MONEY! Enjoy

Let’s take a moment to point out Tino’s ability to operate the machines and his how respectful he is. Always saying thank you!
not bad for being right around the corner all the time

Mike seems like such a genuinely good person. Gotta be my favorite side-character
Haven’t kept up to date with the channel. Did Mike go off on his own?
@@Johnsick19 yeah hes been on his own for awhile. He bought Ryans landscaping part of the company. He also has a youtube channel. Hes a solid guy always helps when he can and with no complaints.
@@Johnsick19 mike doesn't work alot tbh
@@4490Markhe said he doesn’t work more than he has to he rather work less and make enough money to support his family and have extra
I would have called him from the beginning after getting stuck like that.
Probably one of the more stressful snow nights you've shown in a video, but you take the time to make a kid's night letting him drive the plow truck. Shows your character, Ryan. That's one of the many reasons we all watch your videos. Hope the CEO lets you stay around for the next one.
one thing about this specific video: anyone who is thinking about "moving north"....cannot ignore reality. And all of us - any of us - need to appreciate all those who help maintain our ability to move around during these weather events. And to deal with all you dealt with with kindness, grace, laughter and appreciation...just a great learning experience for all your viewers. Thank you Ryan.
no doubt, and there's more to come
we do not get enough recognition, people think the snow magically disappears. we never get a thank you from a customer, its always complaints
We call that August in Alaska! Come to the true North!
Snow and cold is the reason I moved to Florida. I couldn’t handle the pain cold weather caused.
@@noahdziadyk3412Nobody thinks it disappears.
Maybe people can now see and understand that all of your patience with Tino during the season is now paying off.
He has really stepped up.
Good work!
Yeah he's really stepped it up alright, he's shown up on time two days in a row, that's a huge improvement.
Man, they don't believe in snow chains in that part of county
@vanblue7317 Even in Canada its rare to see chains.
@@katedaphne4495 Well in Ontario it is illegal.
@@vanblue7317yeah, I think that’s more of a mountain thing. They would just tear up the roads with limited benefit in the flatlands
Tino is such a great employee and seems to always be respectful and positive! He might not always be on time but just know he's only right around the corner always ready to help!!
@@theacgkid so I'm assuming you know him?
Makes a difference when you have workers you can depend on. Great bunch of blokes. Oh don't forget Mike he fits like a glove also.
Ryan, you showed your pin again at KT! Make sure you change that.
Should be fine, tbh The 1st number was already in
No he needs to change it asap@Limjayhe
Thanks for the lambo Ryan😎
Having the pin itself doesn't do anything.
We would need every other card detail as well. So it truly doesn't matter.
How many people stand behind you on line and low-key get a glance at your pin ? Idk about y'all but I kinda overlook things and see stuff like that
When I'm in line that is..

Tino is really stepping up his game. He's turning out to be a very good and dependable employee and very polite towards you and the guys. Always nice to see everyone sticking to the task at hand even during the difficult times. Good work Victory crew.
Maybe environment too? He seems to be on point in the snow?! 🙌🏽
Dependable? Hahah, dude is late all the time, it is time to sack him and eric.
Tino is some operator on that skid loader, very underrated guy
Tino is the best worker super humble and respectful to his boss I NEED HIM !!!!
Seeing Daniel at the table with his cup at the end of the video just made my day. Great video once again Ryan I thank you for continuing the You Tube journey!
Ryan was so shook, he didn’t do his usual outro!!😆😉
That was good!
I got a feeling that we might not see Ryan at Victory Outdoor Services anymore.
Thank autumn. Ryan is horrible
Shoutout to Tino he might not be one of the personalities that sticks out in the crew but he always delivers and does what needs to be done when times call for quick thinking, that man is solid
Agree 💯 %
Did u not see him crash into a trailer?
Good on you for giving the college kid an opportunity to run the plow truck. Not many get the opportunity and it's something he won't forget.
Wow not enough comments in here about Mike, he could have said I’ve got my own work to do but decided to help because he is such a stand up guy.
Erik leaving the bucket down as your trying to pull out had me dying
Haha. Sadly that's par for the course when it comes to Eric.
So last video, I didnt know Tino knew how to operate those machines like he does, impressive for the guy whos always around the corner 😂 love yall guys man
He knew how to operate a skid loader before he was with Ryan lol
What does being late once in a while has to do with knowing how to use machines.
Driving a skid loader is really really easy. I bet you any money even Daniel the CEO could drive it and he's 8.
@@4490Markthere is a difference between driving one and operating one
Yeah he handled the machine like a pro. Much faster than big Ray.
“The wheels on the bus go round and round” TINO YOU LEGEND 🤙🏾
Your level of calmness even after so much bs happening is amazing. You’ve actually really helped me the last year realized things aren’t always a big deal and in a business like this theirs always going to be issues just have to take them with a smile like you do! So thank you Ryan your an amazing influence
The family bond you have Ryan is incredible. I inspire to be a man like you one day
Major props and respect to you Ryan for keeping your composure and still having a positive attitude for all the issues you’ve dealt with on this video . Most ppl would be very upset the whole time and let it ruin their day .
He showed his pin number for his card again
I wonder how he would have reacted if it was someone else getting off the sidewalk like he did. I'm sure we would have been hearing all kind of things...
@mikeonthebox if they didn't happen that day, I feel he would have been a lot madder at the other guys for getting stuck
Oh wow, meeting the CEO at the back door...."There's gonna be hair in the beans!"
Ryan, You have a good friend in Mike. He is a great guy. Just stopped his work to help you. Awesome.
Putting some 2 way radios in your equipment would be a huge help to you and your crew!
Fingers crossed Ryan gets to keep his job. Daniel did not seem happy and we all know he runs a tight ship!! Great video as always and thank you for the content 🙏
last year, our concrete season was shut down by a blizzard that dumped 24.5 inches on us in 36 hrs. that was fun!?!
thanks ryan for all the work you do to bring us your videos and for being original and not trying to be something or someone youre not. the world need of that.
God bless.
Tino's a HUGE asset man. God bless ya'll!
I give you props for snow removal Ryan. I worked for a landscaping company and did snow removal for not even 1 season. I got put with people who asked me to take them back to their house for a warmer coat and they never came back out. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting. Snow removal isn’t for the weak
Lazy E’s face when ryan said come back at 2am 😂😂😂
Mike is definitely the GOAT, great guy!
Well I think that was one of your best videos Ryan.....I am watching from the Costa del Sol (Southern 'Sunny' Spain) and it was great, I felt like I was there with you....Really good. Two things stood out for me, One...What a fabulous fella Mike is, always willing to help and always ready for a laugh. And two.....What a super duper crew you have now. Keep up the good work....Saludos desde España mi amigo.
People can say whatever about Tino but it’s always YES SIR or YES BOSS RIGHT AWAY. And that attitude is something g you can’t put a price on
My nurse heard Autumns response.. "Hopefully we will have husband's by then"... She could not stop laughing... 🤣🤣🤣
that was the best line of the video I laughed so hard when she said that.
That was gold! Pretty sure Ryan wasn’t ready for that response, got him in the feels!!😁😉

Love the content and that little bit of you letting the kid drive and have fun was awesome! Nothing but the best man!
When Eric was going up the hill, I couldnt help but think about how far he has come since being so scared to unload skiddy from trailer.
The ending with Daniel was everything 😂😂
I absolutely love how versatile your content is Ryan, it could be concrete, mowing, or snow removal videos and ill always watch. Keep up the good work!

Mike saving the day as usual
I noticed some challenges in the video that might reflect on Ryan's performance. It's important for everyone to have opportunities for growth and learning from mistakes. Hopefully, the companies CEO supports its employees through such situations and offers guidance to improve. Wishing Ryan the best in navigating this error and hopefully the CEO don't fire him.
The CEO looked mad at the end of the video.
The CEO will have a long conversation with Ryan. I wouldn't wanna be Ryan he will get demoted to the shovel.

On the plus side, you have plenty of chain for all your new equipment trailers now. Just need to get some chain binders and you'll be set.

That was probably the most I been entertained watching snow plowing. Good job!!!

It’s only January and you’ve already made your best video of the year. This was fun to watch
I got to love this video of snow plowing and gives me flashbacks from the snow blizzards that would hit Chicago back in the day. Great Job Ryan and Crew
Impressive to see your resilience and patience with all the downfalls and struggles, you can even laugh about it. I know I would be himming and hawing. Gooooood work!

Man that long of a day just to come home and hear the boss say "we gotta talk." Good luck
I like Tino so much. Good dude.
I was freezing 🥶 just watching. Here in Arizona it's 50° afternoons 65°.. love watching
Best UA-cam video of the year for Ryan , many many issues but GOT IT , great job
Went through the same thing here in Nebraska a day before you got it. The most truthful thing I have ever heard anyone say about being in snow removal "you have a lot of friends when it snows and you have a plow truck". That phrase really hit home after this last Blizzard we had! My guys and I pulled a 30 hour shift, took a break, did a 12 hour shift, took another break because city roads still were not clear enough for us to access some neighborhoods, then finished with a 10 hour shift. Bleh.
im addicted to this channel. been watching since the start and cant wait for next video to come out
Thanks for the video Ryan! Love your work ethic.
Great video, thanks for taking us all along!
I completely lost it when Ryan started plowing the city side walks and then realized how much snow has falling so far that wild !!! CALIFORNIA BOY HERE
I’m still laughing at your daughters response when you said I won’t be around forever and she says but we will have husbands by then lol 😂
Hello from the Netherlands.
I love that you have such an honest channel that you just show the real-life obstacles and setbacks and mistakes you make as they are.
thanks for the video Ryan and Victory team .
Kind regards, Hollandduck
Growing up in Southern Ontario driving snow plows, and tow trucks this video brought me back. Especially the pause when Ryan fell, Ive sat in the snow after doing that numerous times just contemplating lifes choices.
That Cornhusker's lotion is the best, great gift.
Videos like this are the reason I keep myself in the south. I couldn't imagine having to deal with the snow every year. This year appears to be much rougher than usual.
Good to see Mike once in a while, anyways, I just wanted to say that push brooms are great for clearing snow off of vehicles but it seems you already knew that as I saw you use one to clear off the truck! Where I'm from the snow is usually blowing sideways and I haven't seen the sun since last year, as the Brooks range hides it longer than other villages in Alaska
Love the box of .223 on the dash of the truck that’s been there for the past month
I had to rewatch this video again. It’s miserable not having snow but it’s fun watching you guys battle it through.
Tino is The “Miguel” out of the group…. lol
36:06 great times when you can all get together and just laugh about the entire situation. Keep at it!🤷♂️🇺🇸🙏
Great video Ryan and I'm loving the endings with the CEO pure gold.Stay safe and goooooood work!
Thanks Ryan for another adventurous video. Snow plowing is definitely not "easy money" especially when you get blizzards. Your patience and calmness in dealing with all of the challenges was amazing to see. Get some rest.
Ryan you’ll probably never read this but I really admire you. You teach me to be the best that I can every time I watch your videos. You’ve got a good crew and you have such a big heart. You are the person I want to be. Keep up the good work and keep on getting that easy money. Much love and respect man not only you but the rest of the Victory crew.
This is my favorite video. You’ve done so far haven’t laughed so hard in a long time.
Autumn always has the funniest thing to say, i swear 😂
I live in the Mesa, AZ, and as I type this, it's 71°! Come on down! We would love to spend our winters with you! Just remember, it gets 120° in the summer! A little give and take. I tell newbies to take photos of you shoveling sunshine and send as your Christmas cards. Lol
Live in Mesa also
Hey Ryan! You guys should put in reflective stakes to mark the edge of the sidewalks every 100’ or so before first snowfall so you can find edges all winter. It would save a lot of trouble for you and the guys! And Daniel (The boss) would have only good things to say when you get home afterward! Haha! I feel for you! We’re just an hour or so south of you and had to deal with that storm too! Love the channel!
They do, you can see them in the video
They get wiped out by city plows on the street.
I live in Canada and i jsut love seeing major snowfalls. As annoying as they are. ITs so beautiful and peaceful. The snow causes a sound proofing sound all over the place so you only hear whats immediately around you mostly. However, In Canada we aren't receving much snow weirdly. The last few years we have MAYBE one big snow fall if we're lucky. The climate has definitely changed whether its called global warming or not its definitely changed since i was a kid. Im 43 now.
Yes I totally agree. I’m used to snow in November and December usually and now we’re lucky to get one fall in January maybe one in February. I was in Edmonton working up until mid December and had some days plus ten and no snow till closer to the 20th. Crazy times
Back in the day up to our necks going to school no snow days sess 😅
I'm 41 and from Indiana and we might have had here where I'm located 3 snowfalls in the last 20 years that was over 9 inches. I remember when I was young we would have 3 or 4 really good snow storms a year. Things have definitely changed
I mean we all inhabit a giant rock spinning through space it's kind of amazing the climates been this consistent
Ryan, I also plow snow in the winter, but I am a one person, owner/operator company. This snow storm hit us here in Clayton, New Mexico, yes in New Mexico on the 8th and dumped 13 inches of snow in blizzard conditions with 50 to 60 mph cross wind. I know exactly how you felt. My truck got stuck trying pull a friend out. The city tried to pull me out but also their loader and motor grader stuck. So I couldn't get my truck out until 24 hrs later. After getting unstuck, truck wouldn't start until the 18th because it froze, with snow and ice filled every crevice inside the engine compartment. Anyways, enjoy watching your videos, Big fan...
One of your best uploads to date. That fall knocked the wind out of you, i hope you're ok!
28 years of my life and I didn't know how big a deal snow ploughing was. I loved the shot at 51:37 ! more timelapses like that please :) like put the gopro on the roof of the building and timelapse the parking lot or something!
I know that would have been a very frustrating day Ryan - but it did make for a very good video. Particularly for someone in Australia who has no idea about snow!
the look on the guy's face when u said " i just plowed this parkinglot, can u stop throwing snow back on to it" u could see his initial reacion like , "ehhh" 😂
GOT IT! I’m cold just watching you guys 🥶 GOOD JOB!
Ryan falling off the sidewalk and getting stuck is why i use a track machine with snow tracks for plowing snow. I've never been stuck once.
He just bought all those brand new track machines and then he's using two wheel machines lol
@@ty8324 I'm glad I tried both machines before purchasing. The track machine may be a lot rougher of a ride but it's never stuck. I'd rather deal with the teeth getting rattled outta my skull than pulling out a machine with tires all day.
