For me, it wasn’t things that were said, but how I was treated and what was expected of me in a traumatic childhood environment.

This couldn’t be more spot on and in perfect timing. I was just asking God for help because of the emotional and verbal abuse my precious marriage had become. Thank you dear Caroline. Greetings from Ladismith South Africa 🇿🇦❣️

I am going through this too. Husband of 17 years, alcoholic, liar, verbal abuse, ending in cheating (him). I have to rebuild my life again after this.
We are beautiful strong women, we have been hurt but we can rise above and move forward to better days x

Bringing in the mind of Christ and who God created us to be brings totally healing. Identify ourselves in Christ. That’s who we are!

Doctor thank you very much for your podcast. Your knowledge really helps me a lot to understand what I had been through and how to deal with my body reaction because of the trauma. I am a survivor of child abuse for the first 18 years of my life. I left home and cut the tie off the predators since then. Since I left home I have been healing myself by trying to understand what happened in the past, learning about brainwave and self hypnosis, etc. I am 39 yo now, and I can say that I am getting better now. I just need to heal the residue of the trauma.
I thank you a lot for speaking slowly. It really helps me a lot to catch well what you are explaining.

This is a clear set of ideas of a process that sets out that which would work well as part of effective psychedelic therapy for PTSD and all self reconnection of the healing process. It supports the inner healing wisdom. The period of prep & integration is supported practically by this. During daily life these areas applied to PPT integration make many important ideas about empathy & love for both the self & the life process framed here & supports the active experience just as well as the daily life review, reminder & resetting.

I used to be really angry that I had to do the recovery work from damage that was caused to me by others. But in the end, I let that go. Because it's much easier and lighter work to do, when I've freed myself from that anger. The anger was acting like concrete, preventing me from chipping away.

You are fearfully and wonderfully made! Jesus loves you so much! More than anybody can. He wants the best for you. He died on the cross to take your pain, sin, trauma, sickness..
Give Him your every hurt , He will lift the weight off! The heaviness you feel is the enemy trying to sink you into oppression. But I declare in the mighty name of Jesus for that thing to break off of you. You belong to the Most High God! He is mighty to save!

This podcast presents a logical and workable system for dealing with the results of trauma. However, no one seems to be looking at the constant trauma endured by children and adults who are neurodivergent. Neurodiversity is ignored by mainstream Christian teaching, which presents a "one size fits all" interpretation of Scripture and by mainstream psychological "counselors" are woefully ignorant at recognizing neurodiversity and sadly deficient in offering any genuine help. Yet neurodiversity is well documented scientifically. Why can't the neurotypicals who manage organizations aimed at helping human beings see the deficiencies and gross failures of their systems? Perhaps the operative word is "organizations". As Temple Grandin said, "If it weren't for us autistics you neurotypicals would still be in the cave, sitting by the fire TALKING."
