Really we wanted to give it a zero but the customer service was so good we couldn't do that. But if you take the good customer service out, we were left with no Cabana, unfinished pool, false advertisement, no parking and high prices. But we've seen more updated videos of the Lagoonfest and it looks like they fixed a lot of issues and definitely a place people should visit.
Ed and Sunny Days Off I feel that, you should def do a before and after review :) I was looking to move to this community, and I def agree that they may have opened to the public too soon.
Sounds like you went too early. Give it 1year and they may have the kinks you witnessed worked out. But all prices are available on line, as far as I can tell, so that shouldn't have been a surprise. However they did upgrade you on the Cabana fluff. The not being a resident issue sounds a little weird, but it's a private park, open to the public, so they make their own rules. Sorry your time spent there wasn't a blast, but not a bust either. Like I said, give it 1 year, go back, and do another review, just saying.

Lagoons are really cool Beautifull just cut all the fees it's In the Beautifull Surburbs of Big Texas. Can you bring your own chairs. 💺
