I have stayed at the IP Casino on many occasions when visiting Biloxi, and never had a problem. It sounds like you guys were already mad about the weather and other factors. I will agree the bed was unacceptable, but don't let one bad stay taint you.
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino or The Beau Rivage are the best Hotel and Casino on the Miss Coast.
There was no oxygen there?
I'm sorry to say, the IP has gone down hill in a major way. We stayed there for many years and then all of a sudden in 2017 they decided not to give a damn! They took out the free fountian drink and free coffee machines. We've talked to so many folks that won't stay there anymore either. However, the Hard Rock & the Beau Rivage are both really nice and clean places. Never had any problems at either place. Plus both places have their swimming pool open year around.
We stay at the Beau Rivage and it is beautiful! Great experience! Try this one next time.
One of my dislikes is the low level of rewards for the loyalty programs. We are carnival gold also... what am i gonna do with a hot bottle of water and nowhere to chill it? Lord knows that fridge ain't gonna do it. Agree with a lot of these REALLY agree with the room keys!

I live here in south Ms and I wish you wouldn’t let your stay at the IP taint your opinion of our entire state and Gulf Coast. There are awesome hotels here, please give us another try! And the Palace hotel has the best buffet ever!!! And the entire hotel is smoke free! We have a lot to offer here, I’m sorry your experience was bad. 😊

I haven't stayed at the IP in Biloxi in 15yrs. It was nasty way back then as well. My wife and I stay at the Beau Rivage or the Scarlet Pearl now.
Somebody told me(ed) to stay at the Beau Rivage but I was trying to save a buck, and had to take the L on this hotel choice

Bro yall should've stayed at Beau Rivage Casino or Hard Rock....Golden Nugget is great also ...IP always been pitiful when it comes to hotel stay....Due to hurricane Katrina and Ida , they been having bad leaks in their hotel where da rooms were mildew....Before Katrina they were great but now they're straight trash....Sorry that u and ur family went through that...The New Palace Casino has good hotel as well....
The IP is notorious for having no one in the cage at the casino. If you win, there's no one there to let you leave with anything but their chips. I never play or stay there.

Please don’t rate our state on this one Casino experience. Mississippi is a wonderful place yo visit. We always stay at the Hard Rock or the Beau Rivage. I am truly sorry you didn’t have a great experience. 🥹
Mississippi had some of the nicest people we've met, and our family definitely enjoyed this state. The rain and the hotel was a downer. But if we go back, we'll definitely try the hard rock.

Yeah the Imperial Palace was real nice 20 years ago…in order: Scarlet Pearl Beau Rivage Hard Rock Golden Nugget After that it drops off quick…
And if I’m not mistaken the Scarlet Pearl and I think the Beau Rivage are the only non-smoking facilities…Hard Rock used to be but they switched at some point…
And if you want clear you have to head east…the water from the MS river dumps into the gulf right where you’re at…
Scarlet pearl and the Beau have never been non smoking…. And the Mississippi River doesn’t enter the gulf anywhere near Biloxi. The Palace is the only non smoking casino on the coast. Yes the IP is not what it once was.

I'm local in L.A. and I sail from Long Beach quite frequently. I can assure you that your long lines and chaotic boarding are out of the ordinary. The only time I've seen this before is when there's been a problem clearing customs from a previous cruise or the ship arrives late for some reason. I suspect one of those situations. There was a short media cruise before the "inaugural" cruise. That's probably what caused your backup.

Great video! We were on the same cruise and agree that the chaos once we boarded was cringey. Yes, the morning embarkation was a fiasco. Y'all were so smart to embark in the afternoon. I think they have an ADA elevator by the spa, but I never saw it. Did you try that? We are back on Jubilee in May, September and then January.🚢

I flew yesterday from Atlanta and their sizer at the gate is smaller, same with Las Vegas. I have this bag but after just 3 trips the attach point on the bottom of the bag is lose and wobbling- I worry that next time I use it a wheel will break off. For over $100 the bag should last more than 4 trips.

@@stevesanderson8360 Sad, but true. I understand all the people saying, "that's why you don't fly Frontier..." BUT...many of us have no choice. For funerals, or in my case, tomorrow I'm flying out to help a friend who needs me (going through a very tough time) and I found a round trip ticket for $47 total. I would NOT have been able to go otherwise. (Don't get me wrong...I can hear the lecturers already haha...I CAN pay the fees if they decide to charge me fees, it's just that I'm trying to pay for school right now so have been on a strict budget. $47 does not go over my allotted monthly budget, but $247 would. I can manage, but it just seems wrong that people have to stress about it, even if their bag fits. I wasn't worried at all until I started seeing reports and video evidence of people getting charged for bags that DID fit, but ever so slightly they had to push down on them. I don't mean they crammed them in, just pushed them down. And one video the soft handle of a backpack was sticking out of the handle "cutout" on one end of the bag sizer, and they got charged the $100 fee. So now, even though my bag is 1" shorted on every side, I'm worried. I actually pinned my backpack handle down because it does stick out 2 inches beyond the body of my backpack, and it's stuffed with foam so it sticks out. I refuse to take any chances now! I also pinned the remnants of the adjustable straps up because one recent flyer got charged because the straps were sticking up slightly above the top of the sizer. When they went to stuff them down, they were told they couldn't do that and had to pay the gate checked bag fee. I understand following rules and maintaining the rules, but there's a difference when they are nickeling and diming people for loose, flimsy backpack straps.
@@truneilson Yep. I can honestly say I used to never fly Frontier because I wanted to avoid these nightmare hassles I heard about. But I'm back in school and on a budget (doesn't matter though, it should simply be a service no matter how "in need" someone is of it) and so had to start flying Frontier again. I'm all nervous now after doing a "quick bit of research" about the personal item size, which is ridiculous. I know my bag is UNDERsized, but still worried, which is where it crosses the line in my opinion. And if it's true that the sizers are smaller past the security gates? Wow. I'm bringing a tape measure with me tomorrow hah! (Won't use it till I'm safely landed back in my home airport though just in case...I could see someone calling me out and giving me a hard time if they caught me measuring stuff)

My daughter and I flew with Frontier a few weeks ago and we both had a small backpack that did fit, but I plan on getting the takeoff 2.0 by May, one for my daughter and one for me before we fly again.
Lagoons are really cool Beautifull just cut all the fees it's In the Beautifull Surburbs of Big Texas. Can you bring your own chairs. 💺
