Hey man, I saw your video and it inspired me to buy a PZ22. Thing works like a dream. I did end up having to make a longer intake tube because there wasn’t enough clearance with the stock exhaust. I’m so happy I did this swap. The PZ22 is so nice!!!
Test the coil, might be bad, you can also clean the magnet on the flywheel, and the coil. You could always unplug the lead for the kill switch from the coil too just to make sure the kill switch isn’t faulty
A straight pipe off Amazon is easier but getting a pz22 that comes with an intake is cheaper. U can bolt the new intake to the old 1 to clear the stock muffler or use a straight pipe.
Hey brother! Good to hear! Give a pz22 a shot, it runs great out of the box and you can find them everywhere online! It might take a little tuning if your up for it! You can really max that engine out with a good tune on these carbs.
