Carrot chips: for a crunchy and light snack!

- INGREDIENTS
4 Carrots
Olive oil
Salt
Garlic powder
Pepper
Parmesan
METHOD
1. Cut the carrots lengthwise and transfer them to the bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper and mix with hands.
2. Pour carrot slices into the baking tray and arrange them on the tray. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
3. Serve carrot chips on a plate and sprinkle with parmesan.
