For example a tasty Hawaiian carrots soup or use it in a Thai soup. Than you can make it in a pan with other vegetables too, also in Asian style. Or you do curry. You can do a potato carrots fritter (Ive loved it in my childhood). You can even do sweet things with it such as carrot cake. Or you can caramelize carrots, lots of options...

I was talking with my grandpa today about how my grandma passed from cancer years ago, so seeing this got me thinking. Just a tip from a fan who is looking out. Keep up the great content
I was out of Panko so I made my own breadcrumbs by crushing up croutons in a bag until they were bread crumb consistency. They turned out great and it adds more flavor 😊
