We have purchased this for my son 13 years ol.The problem we have is that the adjustable cord is wrapping around the boy's leg and foot causing him to fall down or lose balance.We tried to adjust the length of the cord made it short and sometimes made it long but same problem.I watch the videos and ı see the kid in this video is rarely having the same problem as well .Do you have any idea how to get rid off this problem
