A word for 2024 should also be unapologetic. I think we apologize to potential commenters for possibly disagreeing with how or why we do what we do no matter the subject or circumstance and we should normalize agreeing to disagree.. not you or I per se but to the ones we feel like are going to comment or disagree in a way that isn’t desirable or productive to being helpful or constructive. I did twice baked potatoes and they heat up great in the air fryer in 15 minutes from nearly frozen. My son has texture issues with beef too but we did steak for Christmas and made him grilled chicken so he had something he liked. I love how you always accommodate your kids eating and still enjoy what you like.

Great job on all the meals. We are doing the challenge as well. I love this time of year where we don't have to go shopping. Trying to use up some of the preps we have. I still have so many pumpkins that we harvested in Sept. and Oct. so it's pumpkin and bean chili, pumpkin and bean tacos, pumpkin waffles, pumpkin oatmeal. I love doing breakfast for dinner and make flour tortillas, filled with our eggs, bacon, our frozen kale or mustard greens and topped with our homemade salsa or tomato jam. Don't forget to save all that bacon grease as it's great to use in cast iron pans and fry up some rice or cook more eggs. We did an 8lb prime rib with bone in, so once we ate all the meat I spent 4 days cooking the bones for a wonderful bone broth. Just got all the Turkey carcass from Christmas cooked down for bone broth as well. Still have grapes and red currants to make jam from in the freezer to make space. Suppose to get a snow event today and tomorrow so have to go out and harvest some of Jerusalem Artichokes for some dinners this week.
Oh I have a jar of bacon grease lol I never waste it lol. I have my turkey carcass frozen along with several others lol

Wonderful way to start the new year! We don't like Stevia either. icky after taste. I don't like anything with an after taste, or that leaves a film in my mouth. As for no sugar, what all are you eliminating as part of your cleanse, and for how long. I haven't seen your live, yet, so apologize if you have shared that already.
We eliminated refined sugar! No premade sweets etc. and we have cut back even homemade treats.
First time watching you.Not sure from this video you are all about, time will tell.
