3D Printing A Lazy Susan

- My fiancé Amy has a craft show coming up next weekend, and it is time for me to cross a quick item off the to-do list by making a DIY Lazy Susan! The shoppers are always turning the necklace stand Amy uses to display her things, and it doesn't spin. I have an idea of how to fix it - 3D printing to the rescue!
I created a design in Fusion 360 that uses 6mm diameter BBs. I used a revolve to cut away the space to contain the bearings. I calculated the BB tracks' circumference to accept an even number of BBs without any extra space. I then extruded an extra 0.5mm from the top and bottom to allow for clamping pressure and added some 20mm feet to the bottom.
Loading the BBs in the grooves was made more convenient by taping some cardstock around one of the 3D printed parts so the BBs couldn't escape. I then secured the two halves together with an M5 x 12mm hex bolt and an M5 lock nut.
Finally, I attached the Lazy Susan to the bottom of the necklace stand with carpet tape and added felt feet to prevent slipping on the table.
