This poor old Patrol has been diagnosed and repaired and diagnosed and repaired and....... It's still playing up. 💬
New Injectors and all.... Well we're questioning New.

Diagnostics is Real Easy.
Start at A and go to B, C, D until you find the fault. Don't change or charge out anything unless you're 100% sure!

Well.... Our eyes roll 🙄 and AGAIN we feel sorry for the poor old unsuspecting customer. 😭

Bit hard to follow, you said "Everyone's been diagnosing it, Had new injectors put in, hard starting, money's been going out from there"
Suggests that its already had a replacement set of injectors done.
Its 'suppposedly' had all theser areas repaired/replaced but it certainly doesnt look like it has from what we witnessed.....

Hello From Austria. Good Video !!! The amount of Diesel which shall come out of the return line in 2 minutes (operating warm engine without AC on) is about 25ml. I have measured this with every oil service for about 150.000km (every oil service at about 7500-10.000km´s) and with new Injectors. If you do the Injector cleaning (see my other video), the engine takes about 100ml Diesel /Injector Cleaner within 5 Minutes. If an Injector is not working well, both - the amount of fuel that comes from the Return Line and the Consumption of Diesel / Injector Cleaner within 5 Minutes are too high).

How to remove that injectors?
You're lucky that thing even starts, we had a single worn injector on a tier 4 JCB 444 engine and it would not start for love nor money without a bit of BEC down the inlet. Just wouldn't build up enough rail pressure fir the other cylinders. Made a blank for that port on the rail...fires up everytime on 3 cylinders 😂😅

I filled 1 & 3 test tubes on my test rig on one of the ones at work just cranking it 😂😂😂 , didn't even get it to start🙄🙄, still got another that's not as bad but needs injectors aswell, my personal one needed relief valve and new suction control valve but it's perfect now.....only got 120k on mine though.... hopefully doesn't suffer the same dramas....

So what is the actual problem and fix?

When I disconnect the return line and turn the key on, i have diesel coming from the return line plastic connectors. Is that normal ?
