Pikmin 3 - Any% Speedrun -

First sub 45!
Here's all of the new strats, which save around 3 minutes compared to the old 48:03 record:
1) 1 cycle mawdad call-off. (found by EcksDee) (not featured in this run due to RNG)
2) Snitchbug special delivery - use the snitchbug to get out of bounds (found by DroughtEnder, APerson13, and myself)
3) Backdoor Phosbat - OOB movement to enter the phosbat arena in an unintended manner. (found by APerson13)
4) Lightless Phosbat - defeat the phosbat without the main light.
5) Bomb duplication - duplicate 5 extra bombs, and use them to 3 cycle the meerslug and break the concrete wall. (found by jay596 and myself)
6) Maestro no knock down on the 3rd cycle.
7) Side rock louie clip - more consistent strat. (found by EcksDee)
8) Sprays on the final boss. (not featured in this run due to RNG)

This kind of shows a flaw in pikmin 3
Even though there's twice the amount of objects the pikmin need to carry (compaired to the first game)
The time has become shorter or just a long as the first game speedruns
And thats simply because collecting fruits is just a bonus, the goal is to get through the story, and that not only discourages fruit collection but also makes speedrunning less about managment and more about getting to the boss as fast as possible, whether through glitches or skill.
Pikmin 2 is long because there's so many treasures you need to collect, especially in 100%.
Pikmin 1 is short because people have found ways to get every ship part in a day, and it has the least amount of collectables.

A few extra credits you could mention, Dodiou found the specific clip past the invisible wall that we use for SSD, and Max was the one with the idea for sprays on Wraith iirc.
Pickman 3 Deluxe is a cash grab
