1.If a guy loves you, he will pay attention to you. He will listen to you.
2. He will be willing to wait for sex. He will be patient.
3. He will be glad and quick to introduce you to people that matter.
4. He will be protective of you. He will be protective of your welfare.
5. He will include you in his future plans. He will share his future plans with you.
6. He is willing to invest in the health and well-being of the relationship. He will like to go for seminars, to church, read books about relationships at your insistence.

Awesome teaching. I don't want to be adversarial, but I dated my ex-husband for 3+ years. He didn't push me to have sex with him; he simply had sex with others instead. Fathered a child; lied to me about fathering the child only to admit it 40+ years later to our children after we'd divorced.
In all these things, you should marry or date a born again Christian. Anyone can pretend. And if you are not discerning, you will fall for their pretence. Important factor is to have the holy spirit.

Hello, Pastor Christopher, I ordered the A to Z of marriage for about 2 months ago but haven't received it please could you advise. Thanks and remain blessed.
So I love this teaching but the part that doesn’t feel right to me is every time he talks about Amnon and Tamar story is that he says Amnon was not a bad person because he thought he was in love. Amnon was a bad person who raped someone and it cost him his life. I don’t think that story should be told lightly.. He forced himself on her.. so I think the way he also portrays Tamar as talking so sweet and making light of it is not fair, she was probably terrified. I can appreciate the message from the story.. but that was a very sad story and should be portrayed as such.
I felt exactly this way, I understand he's just trying to add humour to his preaching but this passage can never be humourous in anyway. I'd have preferred he used a "silly" voice for amnons part to portray Amnons stupidity
A person who thinks he's In love won't even consider rape, Amnon and his friend where evil for that orchestration
